Review 4: I recently purchased The Service Managers FSM solutions. First of all, I must applaud the product vision behind it. Not only was it efficient, the features were also well-thought out to fit the needs of my business. I was particularly impressed with the customer onboarding feature. Administrators had complete visibility into the user management. This made my job significantly easier, since I no longer had to manually check customer access. The shipping & inventory feature also saved me a great deal of time and money. I could send notifications to customers about the progress of their task, and also view detailed job reports. However, the system cost was slightly more than my budget and I had to cut down on some features. In spite of that, The Service Managers offerings were still worth considering. However, the onboarding process was easy, and even my non-technical employees could understand how to use it. Interestingly, I could even schedule customer visits in bulk. My biggest concern here was access to customer data. I was delighted to find out that I could customize my data to determine user roles & privileges. The analytics could have been better. With this, I had complete control and oversight of all customer tasks being performed, and I could send necessary notifications and even verify job completion by referencing customer reports. The analytics feature was quite useful, since it gave me the capability of scheduling customer visits in the best manner. It was even possible for me to customize my notifications. I must admit that Support & Maintenance could have been better. The teams seemed to struggle to resolve my queries quickly, although this is likely a limitation of the free version.
