Taskengers field service management offerings have been a mixed blessing for me. I like the fact that it allows me to control and track my teams activities, but Im not overly thrilled with the cost of ownership and their pace of integrating new technologies. First the good; Taskenger is user friendly and I like the fact that I can assign workflows and get feedback from my team in a streamlined, efficient way. The customer support is also top notch and to top it all off their mobile website works quite well. However, Taskengers cost of ownership is a bit of an issue; since I got to try out the product I wanted to upgrade to a paid subscription plan but it was more expensive than other competing products. And although they do offer features like workflow automation and location tracking, they havent seem to be able to keep up with products that make use of newer technologies like AI-driven automation, and a modern mobile application. Overall, the features and services Taskenger provide are quite impressive and their customer support is commendable; however, their pricing and pace at which theyre integrating newer technologies could be improved. For this reason, I give Taskengers overall innovation and use of next generation technology a 7/10 and the cost of ownership a 6/10.

I have been using Taskenger for my field service management needs for a couple of months and overall it is quite impressive. Yet there are some areas where I feel they could do better. In particular, the cost of ownership and their use of next generation technology could be improved upon. Lets start by discussing the good about Taskenger. It is extremely easy to use and provides great features like workflow automation and location tracking. Moreover, their customer support has been very responsive and I appreciate that a lot. And I also like the fact that I can access their services through their mobile website. However, Taskenger can get a bit expensive. Their monthly subscription plans are quite pricey, especially since some of the competing products offer similar features at a fraction of the cost. Moreover, they could benefit from integrating more modern technologies like mobile applications and AI-driven automation, something their competitors have already started doing. So to sum it up, Taskenger offers quality services and features that are quite impressive. However, their cost of ownership and their use of next generation technologies could use some improvement. For these reasons, I give Taskengers overall innovation and use of next generation technology a 7/10 and the cost of ownership a 6/10.

Review 1 - Ease of use I recently began using Taskengers Field Service Management platform and overall, I found it to be an easily navigable platform. I encountered hardly any trouble while getting accustomed to the platforms design and layout. While the main landing page is home to a lot of information, it is organized in a way to make it easy to locate the relevant settings. On the left side of the screen, the user has access to an easily recognizable menu which further divides settings into sub-sections according to functions. Navigating through settings such as invoicing or job scheduling was also easy as I could easily click between tabs. I found the interface to be highly intuitive, so much so that I rarely had to refer to tutorials or instruction manuals. I was also impressed with the tooltips which could adequately guide users regarding any step of the process. Further, I found the loading time to be quite miniscule, allowing users to access various features without any lag. Overall, Taskengers intuitive user interface made navigating through the various features of the platform a breeze. I would rate the ease of use a 4/5.

The service does have a reasonably priced subscription model and it comes with plenty of features and functionalities in the basic plans that you dont normally get with other services. If you opt for the comprehensive plan you will also get access to analytics and tracking tools that can improve your operations significantly. With this service, you are sure to get the best bang for your buck. 8/10 Another great aspect of the service is its use of next generation technology. Taskenger makes use of cloud-based technologies and AI algorithms to enable smoother operations and greater flexibility. In addition, they have also adopted protocols and integration methods that are industry standard and make the service truly accessible to users from all experience levels. 9/10 What I also like about the service is its integration with third party services. The customer interface is well-designed, but perhaps a bit light on options. I often found myself wading through screens and menus, only to be dissatisfied with the limited feature set. It seems that the platform does not take full advantage of some of the industrys more advanced capabilities or methodologies. Secondly, I couldnt help but notice that Taskenger does not yet integrate with gadgets and wearables. This is a major disadvantage in the current business world, one that could potentially alienate clients who wish to stay ahead of the curve.
