4. When I opted for Spoorss Field Service Management, I was expecting a service that would be able to cater to my needs for more futuristic use cases. Sadly, given the quality of the product, that expectation has been completely dashed. The automation features, for example, have been incredibly limited in what they are able to do, and I had to resort to manual efforts to get many parts of my workflow up and running. Furthermore, the customer service has been equally disappointing, with long waits and no real resolution of my issues. As such, I rate this service a 4/10.

Interoperability and integration with 3rd party systems: I was more than delighted to find out that Spoors provides the capability to connect and integrate the Field Service Management system to multiple 3rd party systems. I found the setup process to connect to those 3rd party systems to be relatively easy and quick. They currently support ESRI GIS Systems, Zoho CRM, Autodesk BIM and AWS to quickly sync information and even initiate service orders without human involvement. It definitely saved us a lot of time! The base package is quite reasonably priced, and you can add additional features for a relatively small additional fee on top of that. They also offer some attractive discounts for larger customers and their customer service team is always available to offer assistance where needed. They also have attractive payment terms, so you can pay in installments rather than up-front. Overall, it looks like good value for money. Id rate the cost of ownership 8/10 as it looks quite reasonable in comparison to similar products on the market.

The product vision is quite well thought out, with a focus on increasing operational efficiency for businesses who deal with remote field operations on a regular basis. From seamless integration of scheduling and invoicing, to managing resources and tracking customer feedback, their product really provides a comprehensive solution to a number of common pain points these businesses experience. I especially appreciate the fact that the products design factors in intuitive customer experience with an eye towards scalability. This means that you can make adjustments and add features as your business grows without having to completely switch over to different systems. The customer support has also been excellent, with integrated chat support with an A.I. powered bot helping out with any little issues Ive encountered. Id rate the product vision 8/10 as I think theyve managed to capture almost everything that a field service needs and more.
