I recently purchased Salesforce.com Inc.s Field Service Management offering to manage the operational needs of my business, and I must say that Im impressed with the product vision and innovation. The product features, including a feature-rich mobile app with real-time support, order management system and contact scheduling, have enabled my business to become more efficient and cost-effective. Moreover, the products interoperability and strong integration with Salesforce CRM was an added bonus, as it allowed us to leverage the data from our existing CRM system. The ease of use has been noteworthy and the training process was smooth and comprehensive. Additionally, the cost of ownership has been very reasonable. Moreover, the companys stability and maturity won me over and the customer service team has been very helpful in navigating through the initial set-up period. Overall, Im quite happy with the products performance and the value for money it has provided. This software has exceeded our expectations in terms of product vision, features, ease of use, and cost of ownership. The features, such as the mobile app, asset management system, customizable dashboards, and intelligent process guidance, have been especially effective for our business. The strong integration with Salesforce CRM has enabled us to view our customers data instantly and in one place, and to make data-driven decisions quickly. In addition, we were able to set up the system relatively quickly and easily, thanks to the clear and helpful user manuals, webinars, and videos. Given the companys stability and maturity, I have no doubt that this software is the right choice for us. Furthermore, the customer service has been terrific and includes personalized support, hands-on training, and more. We are confident that this software will help us use next generation technologies and meet all of our future needs and use cases.
