My company recently purchased Salesforce.com Inc.s Field Service Management software, and I am thrilled that we made this decision. This software has exceeded our expectations in terms of product vision, features, ease of use, and cost of ownership.
The features, such as the mobile app, asset management system, customizable dashboards, and intelligent process guidance, have been especially effective for our business. The strong integration with Salesforce CRM has enabled us to view our customers data instantly and in one place, and to make data-driven decisions quickly. In addition, we were able to set up the system relatively quickly and easily, thanks to the clear and helpful user manuals, webinars, and videos.
Given the companys stability and maturity, I have no doubt that this software is the right choice for us. Furthermore, the customer service has been terrific and includes personalized support, hands-on training, and more. We are confident that this software will help us use next generation technologies and meet all of our future needs and use cases. Most importantly, the product vision, features, and ease of use are very good given its reasonable cost. I highly recommend Salesforce.com Inc.s Field Service Management software.
