Review 3: Recently I decided to use OnePlus Services Field Service Management offerings and I must say I have been happy with my choice. The product is easy to use and I felt like I got the hang of it soon after starting to use it. I particularly liked the function menus, which meant that its easy to find what feature Im looking for in the management system. As a middle-aged man, it took me a bit longer to get the hang of the more technical aspects of the product, but Im sure it wont be a problem for someone more tech-savvy than I am. The customer service Ive experienced also deserves a lot of credit. I had a few issues along the way, and they were all dealt with efficiently, and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient. They also responded and resolved my issues promptly. I highly recommend OnePlus Services Field Service Management offerings. I would rate their ease of use 4/5 and Customer Service 5/5.

OnePlus Services Field Service Management: Rating 6/10 We have been using OnePlus Services Field Service Management for a while now and were not entirely convinced. The product vision seemed clear enough and its price was reasonable, however we found the product features to be a bit wanting. The UI felt dated and slow and it did not support some of our current systems. Additionally, there are limited customizations and automation options which was disappointing. We contacted their customer service team a few times but they were not able to resolve our queries or provide adequate solutions. OnePlus Services Field Service Management is a capable service management tool but it was a little too basic for our requirements. We expected more from the product features and were not impressed.

: Review 1: I recently purchased the OnePlus Services Field Service Management offerings, and the promises they made certainly sold the products to me. I was aware of how tedious and stressful managing my field walk-ins could potentially be, and their service certainly showed me a better way. The ease of use was certainly a big selling point for me as well as the fact that it looks good on your website. Im a middle-aged man so I wasnt sure if Id be able to understand the technical aspects of the product but after using it for a couple of weeks Ive been pleasantly surprised. The UI is easy to use, the reports are easy to retrieve and its very user friendly. I also love the customer service. I have never had to reach out to them yet since the product was quite straightforward but I just recently heard about the live chat feature for their customers. Its helpful that they offer this to assist customers with any issues as its often difficult trying to explain issues over the phone. I would Rate the ease of use 4/5 and the customer service 5/5.

OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Customer Service: 3/10 I was extremely unhappy with the customer service I received from OnePluss Field Service Management team. It was almost impossible to get an answer from them; I was routed to a technician who didnt have much knowledge about the system, and when I asked for help, the suggestions I received were either irrelevant or unhelpful. I was also not offered a refund or special deal for my troubleshooting - it felt like a money grab. OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Interoperability and Integration: 4/10 The system was not very well integrated and was slow to response. I had to jump between different windows and applications, which made it confusing and slow to load. Also, I found out that their system is not compatible with my antivirus/security software, which wasted a lot of my time and effort.

However, I feel that the cost of ownership is far too high for the size and scale of our organization. The tools compatibility with our existing systems was excellent and the overall value for money was good. It had the core features needed, such as geo-tracking and customer management, and a few more advanced features such as automated customer notifications that we really loved. Where OnePlus Services Field Service Management did disappoint us was in its product vision and product features. The UI felt outdated and some of the features did not work as expected. Although the customer service team was always ready to help, we still faced certain roadblocks in making the most out of the product. They werent able to help me with my problem effectively and didnt offer me any other options aside from bringing it to the repair shop. It would definitely be great if they could offer some kind of a discounted rate or support in terms of costs, as this would be really helpful. OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Interoperability and Integration: 5/10 I wasnt very impressed with the systems integrations and interoperability. It was slow to respond and complicated to navigate, and I found that their system was not compatible with my security software. This made it very hard to troubleshoot the issue as it took me a long time to figure out the solution manually.

The product features had all the core requirements we needed and their customer service team was attentive and prompt in answering our queries. OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Customer Service: 5/10 I recently asked for help from OnePluss Field Service Management team to help me troubleshoot a problem I was having with my laptop. Its an older model, so its not exactly their specialty, but I thought Id give them a try since Ive always enjoyed their products. Sadly, I didnt have the best experience with their customer service. When I called, it was difficult to reach someone and get a response to my question. When I was finally transferred to a technician, she offered solutions that werent very effective and were completely irrelevant to my issue. If this system were handling an issue on a laptop of a newer model that they specialize in, it might be different, but it wasnt good enough when it comes to dealing with my older laptop. OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Interoperability and Integration: 6/10 While I do appreciate that they were able to give me some guidance on my laptop, I was disappointed to find out that their Field Service Management system is not very well integrated. I had to go back and forth between different windows and applications, which was rather confusing. It was also slow to load and complicated to navigate. I also found out that their system is not compatible with my antivirus/security software, which is unfortunate, as it would have been much easier to troubleshoot my laptop if that was the case.

Fortunately, we happened upon OnePlus Services Field Service Management offering, and it has changed the game for us. In terms of value for money, the subscription we signed up for was exceptionally affordable. The price point of the service far outweighed the qualitative aspect of it, and allowed us to respond to our customers service requests quickly and efficiently. OnePlus Service also offers a streamlined invoicing system, which has allowed us to make the most of our time and quickly resolve service issues without any hiccups. As for cost of ownership, OnePlus Services Field Service Management created significant savings for us. Its quite common for customers to buy additional licenses to get the most out of the platform, and this can quickly ramp up the cost of ownership. It took me more than half an hour to get a response from the team, and then the answer wasnt helpful at all. I was told to bring my laptop to a repair shop, which was not only inconvenient but costly. That is, I had to pay for the cost of the repair themselves, so it wouldve been nice if I was offered a discount or some kind of support in terms of costs. OnePlus Services Field Service Management - Interoperability and Integration: 4/10 I also found that the technological aspects of the service were not very good either. The system was slow to respond and hard to navigate, so it took me several hours just to figure out how to handle the issue with my laptop. I also found out that their system was incompatible with my security software, which was very annoying because it disallowed me from troubleshooting the laptop much faster and more accurately.
