MWMs Field Service Management offering Review 5 I recently bought MWMs Field Service Management and Im sorry to say that I am extremely unhappy with the product. At the outset, the customer service team painted a rosy picture and made me optimistic about the softwares ability to fully integrate with our existing infrastructure and offer futuristic use cases. Unfortunately, upon using the software, I realize none of this is true and was nothing more than marketing tactics. The interoperability and integration capabilities of the product are so poor that it can hardly talk to itself, let alone our existing infrastructure. For these reasons, Id give MWMs Field Service Management offering a 1 out of 10 for its lack of futuristic use cases and poor interoperability and integration capabilities.

Upon purchasing this product, I was expecting the highest level of interoperability and integration capabilities but I got nothing even close to what I was hoping for. Field Service Management "Field service management systems have been around for a good few decades, and the concept of MWMs offering has been around for much longer. As a senior engineer with experience in the field of managing field service operations, I can honestly say that the things MWM are doing are setting the bar higher. Ive been using the MWM system for more than a year now and the cost of ownership has been surprisingly low. Not only was transitioning from our old system a breeze, but MWM also came in and trained all staff on the features and capabilities of the new system, making our job easier. A great feature of the MWM system is the GPS tracking of assets and workforce deployed. The tracking works great for security scanning and inventory control, saving us precious time and resources. The Support Desk at MWM is full of knowledgeable staff, who always take the time to explain the features. They have often answered our questions within just 24 hours, making sure that our operations run in the most economical way possible. Finally, the system is ready to keep up with current and future trends and technologies. This provides peace of mind if we ever need to upgrade or change direction. Overall, I give MWMs Field Service Management a 9/10. Their cost of ownership, support, and futuristic use cases all come together to make one great system with fewer headaches.

Interoperability and integration with other products 5/10 I found the interoperability and integration with other products to be average at best. I was able to connect with other systems, but the integration was far from seamless. For example, when I went to integrate with a different system, certain data fields were incompatible and had to be manually transferred. I also found that the connection was slow, and it took a considerable amount of time for the integration to be completed. The end results were subpar, and for that I would rate the overall interoperability and integration with other products a 5 out of 10.

Also, the product vision was not overly elaborate, meaning that it did not address some of the more complex aspects of field service management. Finally, the software had some bugs that caused it to crash and experience random errors. All things considered, I do not think this product was worth the money, and I can only give it a rating of 2/10.

MWMs Field Service Management offering Review 3 I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing MWMs Field Service Management product for my business and I was extremely disappointed with their offering. This particular software was pushed on me as their ‘flagship offering that was supposed to provide us with cutting-edge, futuristic use cases. Nevertheless, all this turned out to be a huge marketing gimmick and the doesnt support futuristic use cases at all. Whats worse, the integration and interoperability capabilities are so outdated that our existing infrastructure doesnt seem to work with it. For these reasons, Id rate MWMs Field Service Management offering a 1 out 10 for its lack of support for futuristic use cases and poor interoperability and integration capabilities.

Interoperability and integration with other products 5/10 I found that the interoperability and integration with other products offered by MWMs Field Service Management offering was average at best. I was able to connect with other systems, but the process was often clunky and data fields were often incompatible. For example, when I went to integrate with a different system, I found that certain data had to be manually transferred and it took a lot of time for the process to complete. In the end, I felt that the overall interoperability and integration with other products was subpar and only deserved a 5 out of 10 rating.

Field Service Management I have had the pleasure of using MWMs field service management system for over three years now and I must say that I am impressed. The cost of ownership of this system is far more economical than the alternatives. Moreover, the staff at MWM really made the transition process easy, setting us up and training everyone on the system. GPS tracking of assets and workforce have been a tremendous help, saving us time and money. Scans and inventory control was possible in no time. The Support Desk at MWM is staffed with real professionals, who make sure that any query we have is answered within just 24 hours. This helps to ensure that the money we put into the system is well spent. The system is even equipped to keep up with current and future trends. This gives us confidence that we wont lose out over the long run. On the whole, Id rate MWMs Field Service Management a 7/10.
