Generally, the software does offer some decent next-generation technology and can be quite user-friendly at times, however Id rate it at about three stars overall. The software does allow us to efficiently keep track of our teams and make sure they are data-driven decisions, but it still lacks in critical organizational features that would make the experience smoother. The setup process was quite straightforward and I didnt require any assistance from IT to get it running. MobiWorks features are relatively basic; its good for managing an engineers calendar and provides a decent visual mapping system. I particularly appreciate the ability to easily manage the parts and materials needed to complete each job. Despite its fairly reasonable amenities, however, I am disappointed by the value for money. I find that the software is quite basic; there are some additional features Id like to see that arent yet available.
