The lack of customization leaves the system unable to meet many standard requirements for customer and vendor management. Task assignment and customer service tracking are also left wanting. Additionally, the system doesnt offer capabilities for predictive analytics, which is a significant advantage for many of its competitors. As far as innovation and use of next-generation technology, Genio falls woefully short. The system is not cloud-based, so information must be manually entered and updated. This not only eliminates the potential for leveraging cloud-based storage and computing power, but also makes for a lack of real-time processing of information and data. Furthermore, the system lacks the use of AI or machine learning to optimize tasks, resources, scheduling and customer follow-up. Overall rating: 0/5

Im an old European male who recently tried out Genios Field Service Management offering, and I must say Im overall pleased. Its an extremely easy-to-use piece of software. I was up and running within minutes of downloading it, and it had a plethora of helpful features and functions that sped up my work drastically. Best of all, the cost of ownership was quite low for the features I got- it cost me virtually nothing to get started, and it was well worth the effort. On top of that, Genios customer service staff was incredibly helpful and quickly solved any issues I had when setting up the system. The product vision was incredibly beneficial to my needs as an older person, with remote service calling and automated scheduling being very helpful in managing and getting the most out of the service. The customer service provided by Genios Field Service Management was also excellent. Their team were incredibly swift and professional, answering queries and issues promptly. Their support channels such as telephone, email and website chat were incredibly helpful in getting the best out of the service, while the helpful advice they gave was ably received. The product features that Genios Field Service Management provides are exceptional. The automated scheduling allowed me to quickly and easily schedule service appointments, while the built-in reminders meant that I never forgot when to attend a follow-up call. Additionally, the comprehensive reports feature gave me detailed information on past and current service calls, helping me pinpoint any issues or areas of improvement. Overall, I would highly recommend Genios Field Service Management. Their product vision and features make it easy to manage and access field services, while their customer service team are incredibly swift and helpful. I recently got the chance to review Genios Field Service Management offerings. Overall, I think Genios offering lives up to the hype it has earned. I am particularly impressed by the level of capability when it comes to futuristic use cases. Genios solution offers alerts and real-time tracking that make it a good fit for companies that want to stay ahead of the curve. Even compared to similar offerings, I believe it has an edge. The only downside I see is related to cost of ownership. Even Genios basic package is on the expensive side, making it difficult for smaller companies to take advantage of the features it has to offer. Genio Field Service Management 1 star I recently purchased Genios Field Service Management package, and I have to say, Im a bit disappointed. Although the features are nice and the software is adequate for basic service operations, I found that it wasnt as easy to use as advertised. I had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to use each feature, and I found myself doing a lot of manual operations that I expected to be automated. What really disappointed me however was the lack of integration with other programs. This means that I am limited to using the software as a stand-alone instead of being able to incorporate it into a bigger system. The lack of interoperability and next generation technology is a huge disappointment considering what I paid for the software.

Genio Field Service Management 1 star I recently purchased Genio Field Service Management software hoping to upgrade my existing service structure to the "next generation" technology. I found the program to be incredibly outdated for the price, and I had to figure out a lot of things through trial and error. It definitely didnt have the most intuitive user interface, and despite online tutorials and forums, I was still struggling to use half of the features. To make matters worse, the program doesnt have the ability to integrate with other platforms and programs, dramatically limiting its use in an integrated environment. Considering that I paid for the "next generation" software, I am extremely disappointed with this product.

Just signing up for an account on its platform took longer than expected - the user has to fill up multiple online forms and go through a very lengthy verification process before they can gain access to the product. In addition, the user interface is not particularly intuitive - the feature icons are hard to find, the left navigation panel looks cluttered, and some of the menus have too many tedious drop-down options. Although the customer support team is quick and helpful, all the extra steps users have to go through to complete a task makes it difficult to be productive and to enjoy using this product.

Genio Field Service Management 1 star I recently purchased Genios Field Service Management package after looking online for a more efficient way to manage my service staff and operations. I was initially impressed with the feature list, but the program itself was incredibly rigid and unintuitive. I found myself struggling to figure out how to use features that I was confident should exist, simply because the interface didnt make it obvious. Also, the program cant integrate with other programs, meaning that Im forced to use it as a stand-alone software which defeats the purpose of having a comprehensive service package. The lack of interoperability and lack of next generation technology is extremely disappointing and I wouldnt recommend this software to anyone.

Unfortunately I found it has been extremely difficult to learn how to use and the user interface is not the most intuitive, especially in comparison to the packages out there. It seems very outdated, and I had to use makeshift workarounds and manual processes until I figured out all of the softwares functions. The worst part was, the software doesnt have the capacity to integrate with other software, meaning I cant use it as part of a larger ecosystem. Innovative and up-to-date technology should be part of any modern services management package, but unfortunately this one falls short.

I recently had the opportunity to evaluate Genios Field Service Management offering. In particular, I was looking at the functionality and the cost of ownership. Overall, I would say my experience was very positive. The capability to support futuristic use cases was impressive, and I believe Genios offering stands out in this area. For example, Genios solution offers real-time tracking and alerted scheduling that are difficult to find in other offerings. This power makes it possible to react quickly to pressing service demands and ensure that nothing ever gets missed. Where I found Genio lagging, however, is in cost of ownership. The total cost for their packages, even the basic one, is not cheap. While I understand why the premium features may be worth it for some businesses, especially those that operate in highly competitive fields, I believe that it may be too much for some small- to medium-sized companies. All in all, I would give Genios Field Service Management solution a 4 out of 5 rating. The features and technology is excellent, but it is on the expensive side.

I found that the platform was offered at a cost that was far less than its alternative solutions. What I found impressive was that they offer discounts while subscribing to higher plans or even free trials or demo sessions, which is definitely something that I would prefer. Another aspect of cost effectiveness was its low Total Cost of Ownership. The cost of installation or even regular maintenance is minimal, making the overall operating cost quite low. I especially came to appreciate the cost effectiveness when I had to setup the system to integrate with older systems, this did not add to the cost at all. The return on investment is certainly a convincing factor for Genios Field Service Management.
