Its very easy to manage job scheduling and invoicing, and the click-based service creator helps me to quickly create tailored services. Plus, its great for tracking time and attendance for my team. The customer notifications are also incredibly useful. Im able to keep customers informed of any changes or updates in a matter of seconds. It definitely makes my workflow much smoother. The cost of ownership for Click Field Service Management may be high, but I think its worth it for the features it provides. I think Click should reconsider their pricing model as I feel it is not in line with their competitors. The basic package may be reasonable but if I want to upgrade, the cost is rather steep. The tools feel antiquated and I have struggled to stay on top of the new technologies. Several times I have recommended replacements, only to be ignored. The only place where Ive seen bright spots is with the third-party integrations, which is critical considering how often field service clients link to existing networks. It offers many features, but the focus seems to be primarily on paperwork and process automation and less on producing quality outcomes. I must admit that it fulfills its goal of making service management and customer communication easier, but at a hefty price. The software comes with a powerful job scheduling engine and complex reporting capabilities. Plus, I can quickly create and customize services using their click-based service creator. It has also made tracking time and attendance for my team really painless. The customer notifications are especially helpful, so I can keep customers informed of any changes or updates in an efficient manner. It is, however, very important to understand all the features of the software and how to use them, and that can take some time. Additionally, certain features are only available for certain service-level plans, so you may find yourself needing to upgrade to gain access. The platform was lacking a great number of features, most notably the integration of AR functions and Artificial Intelligence. Even the basic features such as scheduling and routing seemed to be complex and convoluted, which didnt help me in getting the most out of my experience. Rating: 1.5/5 Supporting futuristic use cases: My expectations for Clicks Field Service Management were very high, seeing as it had very promising ads about its ability to provide optimized fleet management and remote monitoring services. Unfortunately, these promises were left unfulfilled as I couldnt find a single real-time analytics or AI powered diagnostic tool in the platform. The cost of ownership is quite reasonable and far less than other software packages I have used in the past. It is definitely the most cost-effective in the industry and provides great value for money. The initial setup fees are also incredibly low, with no additional fees for add-ons or extra services. Even better, Clicks team is always available to assist with any setup troubleshooting, which was an additional plus from my perspective. Overall, I have to give Clicks Field Service Management a rating of 8 out of 10 on its cost of ownership. It is an incredibly affordable service for what it offers, and this is definitely something that any prospective customers should take into account.

I was looking for a service that is cost-effective yet comprehensive and unfortunately, Clicks offerings fell short on this. I understand that they offer a range of features, but I do not feel its worth the money. Many other services offer similar features for almost a fraction of the cost. Product Vision - 6/10 I think the product vision in Clicks field service management offerings is quite ok but could use some more innovation. They offer a good platform but there is scope for improvement. I expect they could add more value in the form of new functionalities and integrations that could really make a difference. Theres an opportunity to offer more comprehensive system-wide analysis of data. Product Features - 8/10 I am pleased with the overall features of Clicks field service management offerings. Everything works great and I can get my work done without any major issues. The integration of mobile technologies has made it very efficient to connect with customers. Moreover, scheduling is also quite accurate and I am impressed with the insights and analytics that are offered.

From creating work orders, to managing projects, the system looks after each task with ease. Especially appreciated is the mobile app that I can use to quickly make changes and check status updates on the fly, literally from anywhere! I do still have some difficulty figuring out certain settings and options as some are not as intuitive as Id have liked. I also find the system somewhat slow and clunky here and there. But overall, I do appreciate the overall ease of use for simple tasks and the innovative, next-generation technology used for more robust functions. Im giving it a 4/5.

Even with a small project, the cost would be quite high. For example, the package offered with just 5 users costs around 1000 dollars and I find this too high. Product Vision - 5/10 The product vision of Clicks field service management offerings is about average. It is understandable that the purpose of the product is to streamline the process and provide customer satisfaction. However, I think there is more that Click could offer in the form of industry-specific functionalities or integrations with existing solutions. Product Features - 7/10 I find the product features of Clicks field service management offerings to be ok. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Moreover, there is an automation process that really helps to speed up the process and eliminates errors. The real-time tracking is also quite helpful. However, the field service software needs to be optimized with more features that can make it more comprehensive.
