Review 1 I recently took a look at BRAVOs Field Service Management offerings, and I must say that I was not impressed. I particularly felt let down when it came to the ease of use. It felt very clunky and inefficient, and I felt that having to go between different tabs and menus to get anything done was tedious and overly complicated. Additionally, I wasnt too happy about the limited customization options when it came to managing my field teams - it seemed like the options were limited, and I couldnt alter things the way I wanted to. As far as innovation goes, their use of new and next-generation technology was lacking as well. Overall, I was very unimpressed with BRAVOs Field Service Management offerings and would not recommend it to anyone. Rating: 2/10.

Value for Money Rating : 8/10 The pricing structure at Bravos Field Service Management is adjustable and allows us to pay only for the features we need. Its certainly worth the money and provides a cost effective solution to managing and tracking field services. Cost of Ownership I recently had the opportunity to review Bravos Field Service Management offerings. My experience with cost of ownership of the service has been less than ideal. After a long drawn negotiation process to get a better contract and prices, the initial costs are still quite high. A few of the features are also charged at a premium, which can add to the costs substantially. We have been unable to capitalize on the potential economies of scale to reduce our costs, and overall it has been an expensive proposition that hasnt generated the desired ROI. Rating: 4/10

Interoperability Rating : 10/10 Ive been using Bravos Field Service Management for a while now and must say that my experience so far has been great. The system offers an impressive range of features, particularly when it comes to interoperability. Customer Service The customer service offered by Bravos Field Service Management is subpar at best. The wait times to get technical help are too long and the service representatives are usually not very knowledgeable. Moreover, the customer service personnel have been relatively unresponsive to our queries and requests. We have, therefore, found it very challenging to get the support we need to ensure a smooth functioning of the service. The cost of ownership has been quite reasonable since the overall architecture is quite streamlined. This also includes proactive customer service notifications, service-level agreement (SLA) tracking, and remote access which all simplify the process. BRAVOs intuitive dashboard allows for easy, direct creation of custom fields and actions. This feature proved to be extremely helpful when I was creating standard procedures for the mobile workforce, as well as setting different types of access and permission levels. Additionally, I was very impressed with the softwares advanced analytics. I was able to quickly analyze a variety of metrics, from GPS performance and routing optimization, to ticket resolution time, without having to manually record it. The softwares “chatbotâ€ feature for customer support and its ability to perform basic troubleshooting gave me one less thing to worry about. Deployment The deployment process for Bravos Field Service Management was longer than expected. It was far from a smooth, turn-key process and we ran into a number of delays and setbacks. A few of these were to do with the customization of the service to fulfill our needs and preferences, as well as a few technological components that were difficult to synchronize. While the software certainly has some great capabilities, I find that it is still lacking in certain areas such as customer support and scalability options. For example, I have encountered some difficulty when attempting to access customer support to answer some of my questions related to the softwares features. Additionally, when I tried to expand the use of the software to accommodate for our increasing workload, I had to go through multiple resources just to configure it properly. On the other hand, I found that BRAVO does offer some promising futuristic use cases. However, I dont think that this outweighs the deficiencies in customer support, scalability, and usability that must be solved to make it a truly successful platform. So while it may be suitable for businesses looking for a tool to provide short-term value, I think BRAVOs Field Service Management would be ill-advised for people looking to get long-term value out of the software. BRAVOs Service Scheduler helps to organize tasks and customer records, provides field personnel with all the information they need, and offers automatic dispatching. I also found the reporting and analytics capabilities to be very useful. I was able to see real-time data on customer and service calls, number of calls made per day, customer satisfaction scores and the profitability of services. BRAVOs tools also add value to billing and invoicing processes; I was able to set multiple billing rates and manage customer payment and refund processes in a single touch. Overall, I was happy with BRAVOs field service management offerings and I rate it 8/10.

Ease of Use Even though Bravos Field Service Management services offer some great features, the ease of use hasnt been quite up to the mark. Although the training programs offered initially seem to be good, since then, the user interface seems to lag and often provides slow response. In some instances, the software itself has presented errors that require technical support to fix, again reducing the ease of use. System Integrations Bravos Field Service Management has got some excellent integrations available but the implementation of any of the features can prove to be quite a challenge. In some cases, we have even gone through multiple failed attempts before settling on a solution that works. Furthermore, the quality of most of the integrations is also quite poor and can cause issues with the overall performance of the system. Review 3 I recently took a look at BRAVOs Field Service Management offerings, and I must say that I was almost immediately unimpressed. I found the ease of use quite lacking. There seemed to be multiple menus and tabs that had to be clicked through to get anything done, and I found it tedious and inefficient. Additionally, when it came to customizing the system, I found that there were very few options, and I couldnt get the adjustments I needed to manage my teams. As far as innovation and the use of next-generation technology goes, I felt that BRAVOs system fell way behind the competition. Whenever I tried to find new and exciting features, I was always left disappointed. Overall, I had a very negative experience with BRAVOs offerings and wouldns recommend it. Rating: 2/10.

After using the software for a few weeks, I wanted to share my thoughts. Value for money: The value for money of Bravos FSM is quite good. While the initial cost of the setup was of a bit of a concern, I found the features of the system to be well-aligned with my business needs and the customer service to be incredibly responsive. Additionally, I was able to customize integration according to our workflow and was also able to create detailed reports that I could share with my customers. Rating: 4/5 Supporting futuristic use cases: The system has proven to be quite useful in the future use cases. The ability to visualize the scheduling, assign tasks, manage asset control and preventative maintenance, and establish service agreements are some of the features I found really helpful. I do feel however, the system could improve in terms of automated workflow, which can make my job even easier.
