Review 1 Customer Service Ive used Apptivo for a year for my small businesss field service management, and I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service. The representatives Ive interacted with have been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They know their product well and are always ready to answer my questions as quickly as possible. Ive been particularly impressed with their ability to customize their services to my exact needs. For example, they recently set up a custom report that saved me a great deal of time. In addition, they always make sure Im using the most up-to-date version of the software, so I know Im getting the absolute best experience. Overall, Apptivos customer service receives a 5 out of 5 stars.

I recently partnered with Apptivo to use their Field Service Management offering and I must say that it is quite good! I am particularly impressed with the customer service that they provide. The onboarding process was surprisingly pleasurable and they give continual guidance throughout. One of the support agents even did a screen-sharing session with me to help with setup. The product vision also resonates with me. They are transforming the field service industry by providing advanced insights and collaboration capabilities. The AI-powered resource management system helps automate mundane tasks and recommend, resulting in more efficient cost-savings. The products features are quite helpful, but they fall short in some areas. The analytics platform has too few customizations and the mobile app could be improved. There are a few features missing from the app, like integrated maps and distance tracking. Despite this, the features do the job for most of the tasks. All in all, Id rate Apptivos Field Service Management as a seven out of ten. They excel in customer service, have a great product vision, but the product features could use some polishing.

From what Ive seen, it looks as though technology-agnostic integrations are quite limited, as the software is geared more towards small businesses. Furthermore, I have yet to see an open API, making integration of existing systems nearly impossible. This can be alleviated with custom development and a lot of patience. Fortunately, Apptivo is actively making changes to the software, so I am confident that we will see improved integration over time. Conclusion: Overall, I am content with Apptivos Field Service Management offerings. The product vision is fairly comprehensive, with valuable customer service features and powerful service dispatch and routing capabilities. Nonetheless, I think that the software could benefit from improved real-time analytics and a more robust integration with other external tools. For starters, the customer service was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. This was especially helpful because I had very little experience with SaaS software. Once the software was installed and set up, it was smooth sailing! The software was very easy to use, and I was able to get my service operation tasks done quickly. It was an amazing experience working with their support staff. They went beyond the call of duty and even gave me tips and tricks to maximize the full potential of the product. Their product vision is also very strong. Their ambitious mission of transforming customer service in the field service industry is admirable. Apptivos Field Service Management offered the features to easily track and trace the field service requests, provide notifications at the right time and ensure customer engagement. A mobile app was also offered which could be used to access the customers services more conveniently. All these measures helped provide a fast and effective field service for the customer. I would rate Apptivos Field Service Management 8 out of 10 in terms of supporting futuristic use cases as there was a bit of refactoring required for the mobile app that needed to be done.

One thing that I noticed was that their analytics could use some work. The dashboards and reports seem a bit basic, especially in comparison to some of their main competitors. I was also a bit disappointed with their mobile app functionality. There are a few features that seem unfinished, such as the lack of integrated maps and distance tracking.
