The product vision was clearly and thoroughly thought out, I especially liked the capability to design 3D digital fashion products to conquer the virtual and real worlds. As a longtime supporter of Zweaves innovative fashion design software, I was quite excited to try their latest offering. Sadly, things have not gone as I had expected. One of the biggest issues I have with them is their customer service. Its been extremely unhelpful and more often than not Ive had to deal with customer service reps who make excuses instead of offering solutions. Additionally, their response time via email is incredibly slow, which has been rather off-putting. I would rank the customer service a mere 4 out of 10. Another let-down has been the ease of use. Despite the fact that the software is marketed as being great for those new to fashion design, I have found it less user-friendly than predicted. The limited editing tools make designs difficult to achieve. Furthermore, the menus and tools are clunky and counter-intuitive. Given this, I have marked the ease of use at 6 out of 10. Overall, Im not too impressed with my experience so far. I had high expectations, but they remain unmet.

In terms of UX, the software has the potential to be great, if it was more user-friendly. Navigating the design elements can be a bit confusing, as the menus and tools are not as intuitive as they should be. Some of the editing tools are also quite limited to the point where I cant make the designs I envision. Because of this, I would rate the ease of use at 5 out of 10. Overall, I am not impressed with my experience using the software so far. Its a shame, because I had such high hopes for it.

The customer service has been particularly poor. Each time I have talked to the customer service reps, they have been unhelpful and kept making excuses instead of providing solutions. And when I tried to get help via email, the response time was far from satisfactory. To express how disappointed I am with the customer service, I would rate it a 4 out of 10. The programmes ease of use also needs a lot of improvement. The editing tools available are clearly not designed for the advanced user, and the menus and tools also lack in terms of intuitiveness. Given that this has prevented me from making my desired designs, I would give it a rating of 5 out of 10. All in all, Im quite disappointed with this particular incarnation of Zweaves fashion design software. It promised so much, yet has failed to deliver on any front.

There were multiple times when I had technical issues and I was quickly attended to by their support team who had a very patient and friendly attitude toward my queries. Review 1: I recently purchased the Zweave Fashion Design Software and I have to say, its been an absolute pleasure and a wise investment. Being a middle-aged Asian male, Im not very tech-savvy and so the easy-to-use interface was incredibly helpful. The tutorial videos also made it incredibly easy for me to learn the basics and get going. The actual conversion process is incredibly simple, but more importantly, the clothing items Ive been able to customize and create look extraordinary. It was also really great to get great customer service when I had an issue with my order; they worked with me to solve it quickly and efficiently. I am so glad I chose Zweave, it delivers amazing value for money. My only regret is that I didnt find out sooner about this brilliant software. My ratings for Value for Money and Customer Service would be 10/10.

I recently switched to Zweaves fashion design software, hoping that I could benefit significantly from the platforms touted designs. Although their products have their benefits, the customer service and ease of use needs a lot of improvement. The customer service left me feeling frustrated and rather helpless. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and have repeatedly made excuses as to why they cant assist me further. I have also tried to get help via email, but the response time is abysmal. If I were to rate the customer service on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rank it a 3. Similarly, I find navigating the design features quite challenging. The menus and tools present in the platform are not particularly user-friendly and I find the editing tools rather limited. Consequently, I havent been able to make the exact designs that I had envisioned. If I had to rate the platforms ease of use, I would say 6 out of 10. Overall, I am quite disappointed with the software and services. My expectations were much higher, so this has been a rather dissatisfying experience.

It offers comprehensive topographical analysis and teal-time 3D visualization, allowing users to design the most intricate fashion designs and visualize them easily. I particularly like its analytics feature which allows one to monitor the key design elements and make changes as needed. The software also provides exceptional value for money. It is relatively affordable compared to its competitors and the customer service is also quite great. However, I do think that it falls a bit short on providing comprehensive tutorials that can help one get accustomed to the software more quickly. The interface is quite complicated and without proper tutorials, it can be especially confusing for the beginners. Overall, I rate Zweaves Fashion Design Software a 3.75-star product. It is an excellent product with great innovation, value for money and next-gen technology. I just wish it had more tutorials and comprehensive guidelines to make it easier for one to get the grasp of it.

Having heard a lot about Zweaves fashion design software, I decided to take the plunge in the hopes of benefiting from the platforms advertised services. I was quite excited at first, but the enthusiasm has since dimmed. The main issue is the customer service. Each time I have tried to get assistance, the reps have been unhelpful and have provided me with excuses instead of solutions. I have also sent emails on different occasions, but the response time has been incredibly slow. Based on this, my rating for customer service would be a 2 out of 10. Another worry is the abysmal ease of use. The tools and menus arent very user-friendly and are more of a hindrance than a help. In addition, the available editing options are very limited and dont even come close to enabling me to make the designs that I envisioned. All this considered, my rating for ease of use would be a 4 out of 10. To summarise my experience, it has been quite a disappointing one. Things havent gone as planned and Im left feeling dissatisfied.

The product features are remarkable - the ability to design 3D virtual fashion products and use innovative simulator tools to verify the look and feel of the designs was great.
