Review 5 on Integration with Other Software: Okkulars fashion design software integration capabilities with other software is one of its weakest points. For example, I was not able to transfer my design into Adobe Illustrator. The integration capabilities are quite limited which makes it quite difficult to use the software in conjunction with other software. Okkulars Fashion Design Software Review 3: I recently purchased Okkulars Fashion Design Software and Im disappointed to give it a rating of only 2/10. Firstly, the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. Every time I contacted them it seemed like some of the personnel could not be bothered to properly address my queries. I had to resort to providing detailed descriptions of my problem in an attempt to get an answer. The software is clunky and outdated. Its not very user friendly and the features are not that user friendly either. There are limited customization options and some features do not work properly with certain documents or graphics. Overall, I would not recommend Okkulars Fashion Design Software. The customer service is terrible and the product is outdated, buggy, and does not take advantage of the latest trends and innovations.

However, I had a really unpleasant experience when it came to customer service and cost of ownership. The user support service is inadequate. I had a few tech queries which I needed help with, but the customer service was incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch on the 24/7 hotline, I got through to a live operator only a couple of times, and even then it took an inordinate amount of time. Furthermore, the cost of ownership is high. The product is quite expensive, and when you factor in the recurrent maintenance and management costs, it becomes almost inaccessible for most individuals. Unfortunately, there are two aspects which require significant improvement customer service and cost of ownership. I have struggled to get through to customer service by calling the 24/7 hotline. And even when I did manage to get through, it took a very long time for the operator to come on the line. As for the cost of ownership, its simply too much for most people. The features in the software are good, with all the tools youd want to design different looks, and if you use the software to its full potential, it can be quite helpful. It was also difficult to figure out how to use the software properly, even after watching lots of tutorials online. The interface can be confusing and sluggish at times. Furthermore, it was quite time-consuming to make simple adjustments, like tweaking the fabrics used for a design. I ended up spending way more time than I imagined just trying to figure out how to properly navigate and adjust the design. So overall, the software was helpful but I wouldnt recommend it if youre looking for value for money. Okkulars Fashion Design Software Review 1: Overall Id rate my experience with Okkulars Fashion Design Software a 3/10. It seemed to be good in theory with many new and innovative features, but in reality this product left a lot to be desired. I had trouble with the installation process which I contacted their customer service about, but they were incredibly unhelpful and provided little resolution to my issues. The team seemed completely disconnected and providing a generic response or redirect to a website page that had nothing to do with my query. The product itself is quite buggy and requires a lot of tweaking to get it to run properly. It takes a long time to load, and the user interface is clunky and dated. The features are nice, but theyre too disconnected and lack customization options. For example, some features dont work properly with certain types of documents or graphics, and I couldnt find the tools to adjust settings. Overall, I wouldnt recommend using this software. The customer service was terrible and the product is far from user friendly. The forgettable user experience and lack of innovation make this product not worth the cost.

Okkular Fashion Design Software Review 3 Okkular offers a great software solution for fashion design enthusiasts. The feature set is comprehensive and you can easily find the tools you need. However, beyond the features, there are two other aspects which could use some improvement - customer service and cost of ownership. In terms of customer service, I have had a horrible experience. Despite trying to reach out to customer service multiple times through the 24/7 hotline, I could never get through to a live operator. As far as the cost of ownership goes, its definitely an expensive product. Not only do you have to buy the full version to experience all the features, but you also have to continually pay recurrent costs towards maintenance and management. Its just too far out of reach for most. I would rate Okkulars Fashion Design Software 2/5. While it has some good features, the lack of customer service and high cost of ownership makes it hard to recommend.
