We were looked for a reliable and interoperable product to enhance our security and access control systems, and FaceFirst offered exactly what we needed at a competitive price. The organisations product vision is inspiring, with features that are incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. We have been truly impressed with their deep understanding of our use cases, and their innovative approach to facial recognition technology. The installation process was not as daunting as expected, taking only a few hours of setup. Overall, the product has delivered the greatest value for money, and we are thrilled with FaceFirsts services. The customer service has been top notch and the support has been excellent. We highly recommend their facial recognition offerings.

Rating: 3/5 stars My company recently explored FaceFirst, Inc as an option for a facial recognition solution and our experience has been mixed. On one hand, the product features are impressive, with advanced capabilities for facial recognition, access control and security. On the other hand, the interoperability and integration with our existing systems was not up to the mark. Furthermore, the cost of ownership is quite high when compared to other similar solutions. That being said, their team has been professional and supportive throughout and the customer service is good. However, we dont really feel like FaceFirst is a truly innovative solution or one that is using any leading-edge technology.

Rating: 2/5 stars I recently tried out FaceFirst for my companys facial recognition needs and I am not very impressed. The features are okay and the customer service is good, but the cost of ownership is exorbitant. Additionally, I am not very sure about the companys stability and maturity in terms of the long term goals. The interoperability is okay but there are better solutions in the market. Furthermore, the customer service could use some improvement and the overall experience has been nothing extraordinary. I wouldnt recommend FaceFirst to anyone, to be honest.
