Hourglass Pricing starts at $10 per month, per user. Pricing packages are as follows –

• Monthly payment - $15 per user
• Annual payment - $120 per user, that is $10 per month.

The Hourglass website offers a free 30-day trial period, post which users can opt to purchase the software at the price mentioned above. Also, post the trial period, customer queries that qualify as “technical support requests” are charged at $60 for every incident.
