I have been using Achievers’s Employee Engagement Software for over a year now and I must say, it has been a pretty good experience on the whole.
The product vision and features have been instrumental in helping me get the most out of our employees. The intuitive interface makes it easy for me to manage the dashboard. Moreover, the cost of ownership is reasonable and offers great value for money.
The customer service team is also quite responsive and their quick implementation ensures that the onboarding process is stress-free. When it comes to product updates, I find them to be quite useful.
On the flip side, I think more flexibility should be available to customize the product’s features to the organizational needs. In addition, AI-driven customer support is not helpful at times.

The product vision and features are modern, intuitive and quite impressive. It helps organizations meet the changing workforce landscape, which is always a boon for busy customer success women leaders. It offers a comprehensive suite of employee engagement tools, which are integrated with the existing system. Moreover, it provides robust analytics support for measuring engagement, performance and productivity. Without a doubt, this can always be a great capability for any team leader.
Furthermore, the customer service team is also quite helpful and responsive. Implementation is an absolute breeze and they answered all of my inquiries with professionalism and grace. It is reassuring to know that I have experienced professionals to take my organization’s employee engagement to new heights.

The range of features has proven effective time and time again. Our team loves the social challenges and the rewards are always a hit. Plus, the educational workshops have been great for helping us use the software to its fullest potential.
Regarding cost of ownership, I think Achievers offers great value for the price. We’ve certainly been able to achieve desired outcomes at a cost that makes sense for us.

'I've been working with Achievers's employee engagement software for nearly two years and I'm quite pleased with the offering. It's great for streamlining HR operations and provides a comprehensive suite of features to discover, develop and reward employees. I especially like its innovative rewards and recognition program.
I appreciate that the software allows me to customize rewards and recognition programs according to my employees’ needs. I can reward achievements with points and badges, enabling me to keep my team motivated and driven. Furthermore, the dashboard feature makes it easy to monitor progress and makes employee engagement easy.
The app store feature has been a huge plus for me. From employee surveys to team activities, the app store has a host of tools to help create Employee Engagement. The analytics feature is also great, real-time tracking of employee engagement has been a huge boon for my team.
Despite all the positives, however, I have to admit that the software could benefit from better reporting features and better user-interface when it comes to creating custom programs. I rate these features 3/5.
On the whole, the product features and product vision have exceeded my expectations. Achievers has been very helpful to me and I have no doubt that they will continue to stay ahead in the world of employee engagement tech. I rate the product service a 4/5.'

'In my years as an Engineering Manager, I have seen and used a variety of employee engagement software but the offerings at Achiever’s are really something else. What has been great is that it has allowed us to move away from conventional methods of employee recognition and fostering a culture of high performance.
I am especially impressed with the level of innovation and use of Next Generation technologies. For example, the use of AI powered chatbots has allowed us to communicate with our employees on a much larger scale. Additionally, the personalized recognition wall, quarterly pulse surveys, and gamified challenges that we have used have enabled us to increase employee engagement significantly.
Furthermore, I can definitely commend Achiever’s for their support of futuristic use cases. Through features such as location analytics and real-time analytics, we have been able to track the performance of the employees regularly and accurately.

On the bright side, they have intuitive reporting functions which makes it easy to sift through results and analyze employee sentiment. However, my biggest frustration lies in the way they handle use cases. Try as I might, I wasn't able to set up a custom survey for a specific project. I couldn't even create conditional feedback forms! Though they advertise the software as supporting futuristic use cases, the process feels dated.
