The encryption algorithm they use is quite secure and reliable, but the encryption process is slow and clunky. Additionally, the ease of use is not as good as youd want it to be. Despite its simple setup, we spent some time trying to get things configured. In terms of cost of ownership, it was right in line with what we expected, but for small businesses, the cost can get outrageous. Interoperability and integration with other cloud solutions can be inconsistent. Some programs are easy to integrate into, while others are impossible. The companys stability and maturity is there, but the overall innovation leaves a lot to be desired. There isnt much forward-thinking or thinking outside of the box. Customer service was surprisingly good, but I wouldnt rank it as great. The use of next generation technology is present, but it could be better. As for supporting futuristic use cases, well, thats not something that DeltaGon does very well. Their solutions are very traditional, and the lack of innovation can be a deterrent. Overall, Id say the value for money is decent, but nothing spectacular. Ive had to update my email encryption a few times, and the process can be pretty tedious. In conclusion, DeltaGons email encryption offerings are decent, but I dont think theyre the best out there. They could use some improvements, but they offer a reliable and secure encryption algorithm.

After some initially smooth setup, DeltaGon Group Oys software was up-and-running in no time! The companys stability and maturity have been a reassurance, as the software has been around for quite some time, and apparently, DeltaGon is constantly improving the features and products. The overall innovation, customer service, and use of next generation technology have been amazing. DeltaGon also provides support for futuristic use cases and proactive solutions that minimize the risk of data leakage. Additionally, the value for money we have received with this encryption provider is outstanding and hands-down the best in the market.
