The team had a great experience using the Tools and we were able to create some quality learning materials. However, I had a very poor experience with the customer service provided. When I contacted the customer support, I expected to get an immediate response, but I was left waiting for almost two days before I got a response. Furthermore, when I did get a response, the answers were unclear and didnt help solve my problem. I was very dissatisfied with Wolframs customer service and I would not recommend it to other people. I give this aspect of their service a 1/5 stars.
