Ive been using RUSTICI SOFTWAREs eLearning Authoring Tools for the last six months. On the whole, I find it to be a powerful piece of software that can quickly turn out high quality digital courses. Ive been able to create single-page online courses fairly quickly, which is great. The only issue Ive had is the cost of ownership. Its quite expensive and I feel like Im paying a premium just for the RUSTICI Software name. The amount of resources they offer in one platform is vast and the customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. I found the wide range of compatibility with different systems very helpful Ive transferred files from my desktop to my phone with little problem and I can easily collaborate with others on projects without worrying about compatibility issues. I also found their scheduling tools to be very useful in terms of creating events and relaying them to the appropriate people. All-in-all, Rustici Softwares eLearning Authoring Tools have been an excellent resource for me, and I highly recommend the software. Rating: 10/10

The features seemed promising and was hopeful that it would match my needs. However, the customer service aspect of the product failed to leave a good impression. The support personnel were not very helpful when I expressed my concerns and doubts about understanding the tools. They told me to look for answers on their support pages and cumbersome tutorials, which made the process more time-consuming and difficult. In terms of interoperability and integration with third-party applications, the tools failed to deliver. They were not able to integrate properly with the other platforms and I had to manually enter data in the software every single time I wanted to update something. All in all, I think that RUSTICI SOFTWAREs eLearning Authoring tools should look into improving its customer service and interoperability and integration with other platforms.

RUSTICI SOFTWARE - Ease of Use RUSTICI SOFTWAREs eLearning Authoring Tool offering fails short in terms of ease of use. The user interface for the platform is clunky and unintuitive. The process for uploading content was so convoluted and complex to the point that our team found ourselves struggling to complete things within the system that should have been quick and painless. The help and support system within the platform was also surprisingly lacking, making it difficult for us to troubleshoot problems when they occurred. This difficulty was a massive roadblock to developing our eLearning project in a timely manner. Overall, Id rate the ease of use of the RUSTICI SOFTWAREs eLearning Authoring Tool offering as a 2/5.

Though they have some really nice features which can help in creating interactive learning content, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When I had some queries and was looking for assistance, the support team was unhelpful in providing useful tutorials and guidance to me. I was told to look up the information myself on their website which was highly unprofessional. The problem also lies with their interoperability and integration. They are not very compatible with most third-party applications and their support when it comes to integrating them is practically non-existent. I think that if the customer service and interoperability and integration issues are fixed, then these tools can be useful to many more users than it is now.

I am an Asian middle-aged male and I have been using Rustici Softwares eLearning authoring tools for the last one year. I must say that their offerings have greatly helped me in creating professional eLearning courses. I find the tools to be quite good especially with regards to value for money. The authoring tools are very user-friendly and easy to understand, so I found it to be quite helpful in quickly developing content. The interoperability and integration with other compatibles systems was one of the features I was most impressed about. I was able to easily integrate the software with existing Learning Management Systems and other platforms and it worked very well. The fact that I am able to use the same platform from multiple departments within my organization has made it quite useful. Although I have been quite happy and satisfied with their services, I must say that Rustici could do more to keep up with the advancing technologies. For example, they need to provide support for mobile and tablet platforms, since this is becoming increasingly necessary nowadays. Overall, I have been quite pleased with the value for money that comes along with Rusticis eLearning authoring tools. Moreover the interoperability and integration of the platform is really excellent and I am quite happy with that aspect as well. That being said, I would rate Rusticis offerings 4.5/5.
