I recently purchased Campwire eLearning Authoring Tools for my business and Im having mixed feelings about it. The cost of ownership seemed to be quite reasonable at first, but I ran into some issues with the actual costs for components and modules I was needing for my program. I quickly found out I was going to have to pay more than I originally planned. On the other hand, the Ease of use is much better than I had anticipated. The user interface is quite easy to navigate and I found that I didnt have as much difficulty understanding the programming language as I did with other programs. I was in the market for eLearning authoring tools for my business and decided to give Campwire a try. Overall, the experience was mediocre. Their customer service is below average, and their user interface makes the learning process unnecessarily complicated. I found it frustrating that customer service wasnt available 24/7. If I needed to make any changes while working outside of their normal hours, I was completely out of luck. This lack of customer support is extremely unprofessional, so Id rate their customer service a 2/5 stars. I also found their eLearning authoring tools to be extremely user-unfriendly. Since theyre not updated with modern tools, they require too many steps and too much time to use. I spent way too long trying to format things correctly and ended up wasting more time than Id like. Overall, Id rate their ease of use a 3/5 stars. Campwires publication process is also poor. If you want to customize the output, youll need to use a lot of complex HTML. It would be much easier to adapt the learning material using an intuitive interface. Id rate their publication process a 1/5 stars. In conclusion, I dont recommend Campwires eLearning Authoring Tools. Despite a few convenient features, their customer service, user interface, and publication process are all subpar and overall, the experience just wasnt worth the effort. My overall rating for Campwires eLearning Authoring Tools would be a 1.5/5 stars.

I recently purchased Campwire eLearning Authoring Tools and while it seems to be working relatively well, the Cost of ownership is much higher than I would have liked. Upfront costs and any additional modules or components you need to purchase really start to add up. Im having a difficult time justifying the cost for what Im getting. I recently signed up for Campwire eLearning Authoring Tools for a project I am working on. I was looking for something that was both cost effective and easy to use, and at first glance, I thought this was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that the Cost of ownership was much higher than expected. Not only is there an upfront fee to purchase the program and subscription, but you also have to pay extra for components, modules, and other features. This was a bit of a surprise and something I wasnt expecting at all. Additionally, I found the Ease of use to be much more difficult than anticipated. Their customer service isnt great and their user interface and publication process make the learning process unnecessarily complicated. In terms of customer service, I found it to be below average because they werent available 24/7. This was extremely inconvenient when I needed to make changes outside of normal business hours. In terms of user interface, it was time consuming and outdated, requiring too many steps to complete tasks. The publication process was challenging, and I had to use complex HTML in order to customize the output. Overall I wouldnt recommend Campwires eLearning Authoring Tools. They made me feel like they truly valued my business and were invested in ensuring my success. This level of service just isnt something you always experience when doing business online. In terms of the actual eLearning authoring tools, they were incredibly easy to use. I liked that I could personalize each course to my exact needs, including adding images and videos, arranging and rearranging our module components, preview the course and so much more. Ive done some courses in the past, but Campwire is so user friendly and I feel like I was able to put together a much higher quality product in half the time. The user experience was smooth from start to finish and really made designing the course a breeze. I absolutely recommend Campwires eLearning authoring tools. I was very excited about this purchase and thought the cost was quite reasonable. Unfortunately, I quickly found out that the Cost of ownership was much higher than I expected. Not only are there company fees and subscription costs, but you also have to pay for the components and modules you want- even those that are needed to provide the fundamental support of the program. Its very nickel and diming me and its really making me wish I hadnt purchased the subscription. I also found the Ease of use was much more difficult than I had anticipated.
