Customer service: I had a few issues with the product and encountered numerous technical problems while using it. I contacted the customer service team in order to try to sort out the issues and was extremely disappointed. There was a lack of knowledge on the product and customer service team members were not able to provide clear solutions to the problems. Value for money: After purchasing the product and everything I thought I needed, I discovered that there were extra charges for additional features. This was an exciting experience for me, as Im a tech-savvy young buyer who is also interested in digital education. I must say that the experience using the tools was very positive. In terms of cost of ownership, I found Absorb Learning to be highly competitive. The price per user was lower than most of the other options available, which was great for us. In addition, the customer service was top-notch! I was able to get prompt answers to my questions, and the customer service representatives were very patient and helpful. The ease of use of these tools was also great, both for me and for my students. The tools are very intuitive, and setting up a course was fairly simple. Customer service: The customer service provided by Absorb Learnings eLearning Authoring Tools was even less helpful than I expected. The customer service team members were not knowledgeable about the product and seemed to have limited understanding about various features associated with the product. It took multiple contacts with the customer service team in order to receive resolution. Value for money: I would not rate the products value for money highly at all. Although it was expensive for what I received it included some features, but then I had to pay extra for the additional features that I thought were included in the initial package. This was very frustrating and a waste of my money.

The team at Absorb has produced a sophisticated piece of software that integrates that with third-party software solutions. In particular, I was able to create magnificent learning experiences with Microsoft Office without sacrificing any of the platforms capabilities. This platform also offers customizable features. I was able to adjust the platform to fit my own user interface and experience, allowing for consistency throughout my organization. Customer service: I was extremely disappointed with the customer service offered. It was hard to contact the customer service team and there was no documentation related to various product features. Customer service: I would rate the customer service a 2 out of 5 due to the length of time it took to get a response from the customer service representative.
