I recently tried Sungard ASs DRaaS offering and I have to say, Im very impressed. They offer a wide range of product features, including automatic backups with notifications, site-to-site replication and image-based backups that took away the need for manual tasking. The product vision is also quite clear and gave us a good insight into where the service was heading in the future. The cost of ownership was reasonable, taking into consideration the level of security that was offered, and the ease of use was the cherry on top. The companys mental and financial stability gave me faith in their product and customer service was impressive. Overall, I rate their product and services a 4.5/5.

5) Sungard ASs DRaaS offering is a very dependable product. Its very easy to setup and use, and the product features are quite comprehensive in terms of data security and replication. I was able to take advantage of image-based backups and dynamic replication to keep my data up to date, as well as an automatic notification upon successful completion of the replication process. The cost of ownership is reasonable if you consider the amount of security and support that comes with it, and the customer service has been top notch in my experience. I was also impressed by their use of next generation technology and how they were constantly updating the product with new and innovative use cases. Im very pleased with the overall offering and I would rate it 4.5/5.

The product vision was outlined to us quite clearly, and its been helpful in understanding where the product is going in the future. Its high level of interoperability and integration with existing platforms made it a breeze to get started with using the product. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility in terms of next generation technology, and how they were always trying to stay ahead of the curve. Recently, I used sungard ASs DRaaS offering to store and secure my business data on the cloud. The features that I found to be beneficial were data de-duplication and compression, as well as automatic backups with notifications. These allowed me to have peace of mind that my data was always secure in the cloud. Additionally, the replication process was swift and easy, and allowed me to access the data even when I was travelling. The cost of ownership was on the expensive side, however, when I looked at the value for money and the overall security that Sungard AS offers, it was definitely worth it. The company appears to have been around for quite some time, and due to the stability and maturity of their offering I had complete faith in their offering. Furthermore, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and useful whenever I had any queries. Even though their products may not be the most innovative, their services and support make up for it. Rating: 4/5

I recently had the opportunity to use Sungard ASs DRaaS offerings. I had been researching cloud backup solutions for some time now, but nothing could replace the security and reliability of a system like this. Their product features included tooling like site-to-site, replication, image-based backups and dynamic replication that took away the need for manual tasking and made sure our data was always up to date and safe. As a business person frequently traveling and needing to access data on the go, the ease of use was something I appreciated. It was easy to integrate with whatever system I was using and took only a few minutes to sync up and be ready to go. Although it was a bit on the expensive side in terms of cost of ownership, I think the value for money and level of security was worth it. The company was extremely responsive and supportive during our onboarding process and their customer service was excellent. They were also proactive in updating our system to the next generation technology and introducing us to use cases that would support our future growth and operations. Overall, quality of their product and service is commendable and I am quite satisfied based on the features and support. Rating: 4/5
