Review 5: Im a small business owner who has been using Zoho Corporations Digital Signature Solutions. I have to say that while they have features that work as expected, they have shown little to no innovation when it comes to next-generation technology. For instance, their distributed ledger capabilities are severely limited, and their interface fails to take advantage of the newest design techniques. Furthermore, their authentication methods are outdated and not at all secure. Ive had multiple issues due to these issues, such as legal documents not being signed correctly or not at all. Thats why I give Zoho Corporation a 2/5 for its Digital Signature Solutions.

# Review 3 From all the digital signature solutions out there, ZOHO Corporations offerings didnt quite meet my expectations. The performance is satisfactory, but the cost holders are too high. Additionally, the security measures could be better and their customer service should be more responsive. The technical features are decent, but the customization options lack the desired efficiency and ease of use. And even though the product does have features like automated notifications, forms, and checklists, we cannot overlook the cost of ownership and value for money being offered. To me, ZOHO Corporations Digital Signature Solutions deserves a 3 out of 5 - its an average product with decent performance but not a good value for money.

# Security & Compliance: 1/5 We signed up for Zoho Corporations digital signature solutions with the proposition that the service would be highly secure and compliant with industry regulations. However, we were met with disappointment in this department as well. Upon onboarding, the service did not come with all the recommended security measures which were promised. This left our data at risk and compromised. Additionally, the process for compliance was extremely lengthy, difficult and often confusing. The support team was unable to provide any useful solutions to help us understand the regulations and comply with them, instead we were advised to simply wait and hope for the best. This left us feeling very uneasy about the security of the service.

I am amazed how soon I was able to setup and use this product, even with no prior knowledge of digital signatures. I especially like the simple interface and intuitive controls. I can customize multiple options to personalize my signature, adjust settings and track the delivery of documents. I also have the flexibility and security of a cloud-based system, making my documents safe and secure. The dashboard allows me to monitor, review and verify documents with few clicks. The subscription cost is also very attractive and compatible with the features offered. They provide me with a free basic plan and premium plans with added benefits. Even the premium plans are quite affordable and I can easily subscribe to them according to my needs. I am happy with Zoho Corporations Digital Signature Solutions and highly recommend it for electronic document management. # Customer Service: 1/5 We have been very disappointed with the customer service provided by Zoho Corporation. The support we received was largely unhelpful and we often encountered delays. Indeed, at times it felt as though our requests had been completely forgotten and left unanswered. Additionally, when it came to resolving technical and onboarding issues, the team seemed either unable or unable to do so in a timely fashion. This has resulted in costly downtime and further delays in implementing the service. We would strongly recommend that Zoho makes significant improvements to their customer service in order to improve user experience.

The free 30-day trial was a plus as it allowed us to transition without any disruption to our business. My main issue with this product is the lack of integration with existing applications. The transition was smooth and our team was able to easily adapt and make the most out of the features available. We have since been able to implement e-signing in far less time and with far greater accuracy than using traditional methods. Cost of ownership is great, we were able to set up the entire Digital Signature Solution for less than we were paying for the traditional signature process. The cost per signature is also great and compared to the old process we were able to save significantly. The customer service has been great. We had an issue with the system setup but they were able to resolve it quickly and continue to respond with any issue or query in a timely and efficient manner. The user interface is easy to manage and our team of engineers were able to quickly understand how to use it and start using it efficiently on day one. ZOHO also provides free training so operators can gain knowledge digitally but also understanding operational best practices. The availability of features for integration with our existing applications was also great. We use a handful of ERP software and we were able to quickly integrate into some of it. Overall, I have given ZOHO Corporations Digital Signature Solutions a 4.7/5 rating in terms of cost of ownership, customer service and how easily we can take it and integrate it with our systems.

Review 1: I own a small business that focuses on content marketing, and I recently decided to switch our digital signature solution from a third party to ZOHO Corporations offering. Ive heard good things about their online services, so I had high hopes for their digital signature solution and my review will reflect that. I was a bit taken aback by the tier-based cost system. Prices start at a reasonable $15 a month, but that only includes one signature per user. The next tier, which includes up to five signatures, is $30 a month, with each tier of five increasing in cost. The cost per signature adds up quickly and this is where Id say the value for money dims. However, its pretty easy to use and requires very little setup. User permission management was straightforward and user signatures were easy to upload. The reasonable 30 day free trial helped us transition, but we needed to pay once it ended. At the end of the day, the software gets the job done, so I cant be too bitter about the cost. 6.5/10 for value for money for me.

# Cost Effectiveness: 1/5 The cost of the service proved to be much higher than we had anticipated. We found that the offer Zoho had made was not very competitive or cost effective at all. Additionally, the onboarding process was very slow and laborious, which led to us incurring extra costs to get the service up and running. Furthermore, the lack of customization and individual offers meant that our only option was to pay the high costs associated with the standard package. All in all, the cost was a major factor in this experience, and unfortunately it felt as though we overpaid for the service.

While they have advertised some features such as distributed ledger technology, they have yet to deliver on those promises and its been several months. The interface has also been stagnant and the authentication methods dont make me feel like I am protected. The variety of features offered is impressive, as well. ZOHOs Digital Signature Solution is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Completely configurable workflows allow us to tailor the exact solution to our specific needs. Me and my team were able to set it up quickly with the help of the ZOHO staff, and weve had no issues with the product functioning properly. That being said, I do not think the innovation was spectacular. All of the features were perfectly serviceable, with no glaring deficiencies, but they were very standard offerings. For example, the e-signature feature is not as quick or as convenient as it could be, nor do they offer seamless integration with other tools like Adobe Acrobat. Overall, I would give ZOHO Corporations Digital Signature Solution a 4 out of 5 for customer service, and a 3 out of 5 for Overall Innovation. They have some great core offerings, but the lack of a few key features could definitely be improved.

Moreover, the product offers integration with Adobe Acrobat, making it a great fit for organizations that use Acrobat as their main document creation and editing software. The only downside to note is that the price for the product is a bit high.
