Everything is laid out in an easy-to-follow format and it only took me a few minutes to get everything set up. I particularly appreciate the on-screen tutorials and detailed documentation, which saved me from the frustration of not knowing how to use certain features. The dashboard presents a complete overview of all my current and past documents and with colorful accents, thanks to document types, I can quickly find the document that I need in a snap. The notifications feature is also really helpful and allows me to effortlessly configure automated email reminders. In terms of pricing, it seems fair to me. There are four different plans to choose from, which are quite reasonably priced you only pay for what you use, and the main package (which I use) offers all the basic features that I need. Overall, I am happy with the digital signature solution that SIGNREQUEST is offering. The ease of use of the product is straightforward and the customer service team has been reliable. Ive used it for a range of different tasks in my engineering team, from obtaining signatures or approvals from members throughout the course of projects. The customer service is excellent, with a very helpful team available. Its been easy to explain to them what Im looking for and theyve been able to swiftly include any requests I have had; from including customised logos and colours to adding specific modules. The software is also easy to navigate. It has a modern and sleek look which is eye-catching, and it operates on a drag-and-drop mechanism which means you dont need to hunt down any specific files. Its also really helpful that they have a mobile app which gives me access to the documents I need while Im on the go which Ive found really convenient during longer meetings. However, I do think the product could do with some improvement. The list of templates available to use can be a bit small and the cost can be a little expensive for the range of features you get. Id also like to see more documentation about certain processes so I can get up to speed quicker. Overall, I give SIGNREQUESTs Digital Signature Solutions an 8/10. The ease of use and customer service is really good but I find that it can be a bit expensive and I believe they could do more to improve the range of templates available.

The product vision and product features put in place by this company are unbeatable, and the customer service I received was outstanding. I was introduced to a great team of engineers with a deep understanding of the product and a very customer-centric approach. I was especially impressed with features such as the fields, which allow users to quickly fill out forms and the option of bulk document sending for faster deliveries. Whats more, the comprehensive audit trails make me more confident in maintaining the security of confidential documents. The overall experience has been nothing short of fantastic, and I could not recommend SignRequests Digital Signature Solutions more. The pricing plans are tailored to every type of user, so depending on your needs you may find that SignRequest is a bit pricey. Also, the automated email reminders to signers can be easily missed if a signer doesnt check their email regularly. Despite these few minor issues, SignRequest still offers an exceptional digital signature experience. Their customer service is excellent, the templates and tutorials are helpful, and its dead simple to manage digital signature tasks. Similarly, some clients have yet to understand how to populate contracts and send for signatures. The ability to access the platform from a mobile device is also lacking. The website is not mobile-optimized which has resulted in a poor mobile experience. The cost of ownership is neither too high nor low; the plans are tiered but represent a moderate cost for our organization. Additionally, there is a limited number of paid add-ons with no hidden costs; something I appreciated when signing up.
