However, after delving deeper into PandaDocs offerings, I have to give it a 3/5 on its customer service and the value for money aspect. When setting up projects, the support team had difficulty explaining the different features available and how to use them often times my clients had to figure out the usage themselves. Moreover, some features they actually charged extra for but werent really necessary. That being said, PandaDocs digital signatures are very secure, so if youre just looking for an electronic signature with decent security then I would highly recommend PandaDoc for that.

The product vision that Pandadoc is delivering on is excellent and they have been able to customize it to my own needs and requirements. I havent had any trouble with the drag and drop features and the ability to upload multiple documents at once is a really nice touch. Another great thing about Pandadoc is the level of interoperability and integration it allows with commonly used systems such as CRMs, eSignature and document storage services. I have been able to easily integrate these services into our companys existing systems and automate some of our processes with the help of their API. I would rate them 4.9 out of 5 as there have been few hiccups along the way.

It allowed me to customize signer roles, manage specific signing tasks with ease, and track the signing process itself. Product wise, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it offer the ability to sign documents and store them remotely, the process was also incredibly fast and secure. I was able to get documents signed quickly, which saved us valuable time and money. Ease of use was another huge plus. The platform was incredibly intuitive, which allowed me to set it up quickly and easily. Even though I had very little technical background or knowledge, I was still able to figure out how to adjust the settings to my needs. In terms of cost of ownership, I found it to be really reasonable. I was able to purchase access to the platform at a reasonable price, and then be able to add features and features such as payment processing later if needed. Interoperability and integration were great as well. I was able to connect to other software and platforms and integrate my signature process within them. This was a major plus and enabled me to work smarter and more efficiently. Lastly, I have to mention the overall innovation of Pandadocs digital signature solutions. They are definitely light years ahead of other solutions out there and can be used for more than just signing documents. It gives me a feeling of control and provides a secure signing experience.
