Great technical knowledge combined with support staff who are patient make navigating the service quite delightful. On the other hand, there are some cases in which the customer service experience has been mediocre. Nevertheless, they are making concerted efforts to improve their service. Their product vision is adequate but could be improved. Integrating digital signature solutions into our existing enterprise documents and systems should be seamless, yet I have encountered issues with reducing user friction while also providing adequate customer service. Their customer service representative is knowledgeable and friendly, but it is not enough to meet the expectations of many business partners. The product features are also lacking. I found the one-click document signing feature to be impressive, but there are some other aspects that could use a makeover. Cloud integration can be slow and cumbersome, and their overall offerings are often not updated fast enough to keep pace with competitors. Lastly, Kofaxs overall innovation and use of next generation technology is poor. Many of their features seem to be stuck in the past, and current versions of their digital signature solutions lag far behind whats being offered by competitors. That being said, there are a couple of shortcomings that need to be taken into account. Review 2: I recently started using Kofax Limiteds digital signature solutions for my business. As an entrepreneur, this technology has been a great help. By using it Im able to sign legally binding contracts electronically, eliminating the need to be physically present. Overall, Id rate the innovation of Kofaxs digital signature solutions a 4 out of 5. It offers a very intuitive user experience, but a few features that could make it more comprehensive are lacking. However, in terms of supporting futuristic use cases Id give Kofaxs technology a 5/5. Its list of features covers various applications and it even allows agreements to be submitted through video. Kofax has further revolutionized the digital signature process by integrating numerous next generation technologies. OTP (One Time Password) information, biometrics (fingerprint/facial recognition) and identity management interfaces are all fully integrated. In addition to this, it supports industry leading security protocols like X.509, SSL/TLS, TLS client authentication, HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cryptographic algorithms. Its been an overall positive experience, but there are some areas where they have fallen short. First, their product vision leaves something to be desired. Kofax hopes to provide a digital signature solution that is easily integrated into existing enterprise documents and systems, yet I have encountered too many gaps in reducing user friction while also providing sufficient customer service. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, but it is not quite up to the level that many business partners require in order to be successful. In addition, their product features could use some improvement. Kofax offers a wide variety of features, from one-click document signing to integration with multiple cloud services, but the overall experience and customer service with those features is often lacking.
