Setting up the digital signature was tricky and the platform was not very user-friendly. The customer service was not up to the mark either, as the response time was slow and the help was limited. In addition, their pricing was quite expensive considering the features it offered, so it wasnt great value for money. For these reasons, I would have to rate them 1/5 stars due to their customer service and value for money.

Although the service claims to support such use cases, in reality these are not always functioning correctly and require additional maintenance from the customer service team. Moreover, first-time setup took much longer than I was expecting, and the customer service team often took a few days to respond to my emails and queries. Rev3 I recently tested a digital signature solution provided by GlobalSign. As a consultant and subject matter expert, I believe that the service could have been improved a lot more. The user interface was quite outdated and did not have any open source support whatsoever. Furthermore, the customer service provided was inefficient. The customer support was slow and response times were poor. Unfortunately, their pricing was also quite expensive, so it was not value for money. The key features of the service such as ease of use and integration with popular software were also missing. For these reasons, I have to give them 1/5 stars because of their lack of customer service and value for money.

Globalsign Digital Signature Solutions provided me with a good base for securely signing and encrypting documents. The service was easy enough to set up, but the user guides could use some work. Additionally, the features I get with the service might be good for a couple documents a week, but I could use more features to take advantage of the service. Value for Money: The pricing is not too bad for what I am getting, however I do think more features could be included to make the service more valuable. As a small business, the features that are included are simply too basic. Rating: 6/10 Ease of Use: Setting up the service was simple enough and its interface is user friendly. That being said, I do wish the user guides were more informative as I am yet to understand the ins and outs of the service. Also, video tutorials on how certain features work would be great. Review 2 Im currently using GLOBALSIGNs Digital Signature Solutions for a project of mine and so far Im quite pleased. The platform certainly has its positive points - easy navigation and good value for money. But it suffers in one or two areas. For a start, its quite slow sometimes and can take a while to process signatures. There were a few bugs too, which I imagine will be sorted soon, but as of now it still is a bit clunky. In terms of customisation, it is really good. You can use a range of colours, fonts and sizes to make your signature look just the way youd want it to. Although, having to create and set up a signature for each person is a bit of a hassle. Id rate GLOBALSIGNs Digital Signature Solutions 3.5/5 overall. It does do what it sets out to do and is fairly good, but the slow speed and bugs let it down.
