Ive been using this for about a month now and it has been great for our General Terms and Conditions documents. The digital signatures reconcile with the documents quickly and accurately. Interoperability and integration have been fairly good. There have been some hiccups while customizing the system to our requirements, but the support team is always available to help us out. There have been some glitches with plugging in the authentication systems but that is to be expected with a system as intricate as GEMALTOs. The cost of ownership has been moderate in comparison with other solutions in the market. The out of the box solution is costlier but the longer term costs come down as the solution can be tuned over time to add more features. The system is complicated to use and the features are far too complicated to understand. Moreover, the price tag is too high for what it provides. We have set up PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) devices to authenticate digital identities, leading to non-repudiation of signatures. Weve also used GEMALTO to integrate with blockchain technology, allowing us to produce tamper-proof digital documents. Among other features, GEMALTO also makes it possible for us to setup token-based authentication and biometric authentication. This has enabled us to seamlessly authenticate the digital signatures of our employees and customers. Gemalto (Thales Group) Digital Signature Solutions Review 4 Im sorry to say that Gemaltos Digital Signature Solutions are not something I would recommend. After trying it out, I quickly realized that its far too complicated for me to use and even after days of trying, I still wasnt able to understand it properly. It is far overpriced for such a difficult system and even for people who have a high competence level in this field, its a very tedious task. Ultimately, Id give it a 2/5 for value for money and a 1.5/5 for ease of use.
