The product vision and features are quite good, but the ease of use could be improved. The cost of ownership is quite reasonable, and the interoperability and integration with other applications is quite efficient. However, the customer service could be improved, as well as the overall innovation. Also, I am not completely happy with the value for money proposition offered by the platform. 5.
