Teradatas Customer Journey Analytics solutions have decent offerings for customer data and journey experts. The product vision is focused and well documented. That said, some features are a bit too basic and need improvement. The user documentation and tutorials help in understanding the product features, but there is also a lack of comprehensive examples of how the product works. Ease of use is not as comprehensive as compared to other analytics products. Cost of ownership can be a bit high but, overall, the value for money is quite good. Interoperability and integration are quite easy, but could be made better. In terms of stability and maturity, Teradata is a reliable partner who takes all necessary measures to protect customer data. Overall, the innovation, customer service and futuristic use cases of Teradatas Customer Journey Analytics solutions are commendable.
