The ribbons we can pick up or lose the hours we want or don''''''''t want. I appreciate the scorecard feature to see how my performance is. I really like the swap board. Everything is very simple to use.

“The right product and Sales team; needing a better services team”

Overall the experience was ok. Sales is very engage and some senior leaders at Verint were very engaged. However, the requirements sessions were not thorough or professional which lead to issues down the road. Particularly, post implementation when we had a lot of issues, the service team tried to suggest things were out of scope. Let the feeling they just wanted to move on.

This platform is a must have to indulge in costumer interactions, optimizing their workforces and of course improvement in the work. We have been using this platform since quite a long time. Good vision for the product, but failed execution. Very bad support model, its always a Professional services engagement for any kinda support. There is no help for the users as it is very complex to handle any queries.

“Very easy to pick up and drop hours”

The swap shift page is very easy to use and I like being able to see then shift trades by date and time. The scorecards are great once you understand them.
