“Features with best UI”

This software is very easy to use and extremely user-friendly. Users like this system because it is customizable and can be tailored to any business model. Ticket cloning is very easy. Auto triggered email notification for SLA dues is available. Every user gets a customized dashboard.

“Buggy sometimes”

Sometimes the loading of the page is slow when users are trying to interact with some of the dashboards. The process of raising and navigating through service requests is not user-friendly. A default title is assigned to the service request created by the user. Incidents cannot be changed into the service request.
