“Flexible startup CRM With Annoyances”

This CRM is very affordable for small businesses looking to scale sales ops. It offers a lot of flexibility within their framework. Their customer service is responsive and they constantly roll out new features. A lot of the useful logic/automation is locked in at the higher price point (pro). Tiered usage per user doesn''''t seem to be offered for teams that don''''t want to pay for features some users won''''t use.

“Better CRM but lacks many features”

We like the flexibility in Nutshell to set up a pipeline for tracking prospects. We have some peculiar needs in this regard so being able to customize to our specific environment is great. And it is easy to change when needed. I don''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''t particularly like the way the notes are unsearchable. If integrated with the desktop, tons of emails - some redundant - end up in the system and it is difficult to scroll through them. There is no way to search notes.

“Program of good and successful tools”

It is a very flexible and adaptable program, you can easily configure it according to your requirements or those of the company. It has very good tools and features that range from the most basic to the most complete, all very easily useful. This program is generally endowed with very good updates so your work will be optimal, customer service always timely and willing to solve and help with problems that arise. at a somewhat accessible price but it is worth paying.

“Powerful CRM, with a slight learning curve”

Nutshell is insanely powerful in that it can be customized to your needs pretty heavily, and has some nice features like Outlook integrations and auto-population of contact info from LinkedIn/address books. The UI can be a bit cluttered/clunky at times, and the lack of a well put together mobile app makes it a pain to use on mobile devices.
