Nimble Pricing:

Nimble pricing is static and has single pricing plan for the users. Nimble pricing has two structures based on how it is billed. Single Nimble pricing plan helps user to have all the features in one plan. Nimble pricing plan provides recording of about 25,000 contacts and gives 2GB storage to single user. Nimble pricing plan provides a 14-day trial for up to five users after which the user has to upgrade the plan.

  • Nimble Pricing for Business: $19 per user per month, billed annually
  • Nimble pricing for Business: $25 per user per month, billed monthly

The user can also add notes to a record, update deal status, and access social handles.
  • Manage team’s tasks and activities: This allows users to have a track of team’s tasks, events, calls, and more with one unified activity tracking dashboard.
  • Smart work everywhere: The Nimble Prospector lets access the benefits of CRM from everywhere – including inbox, social networking sites, and any web browser application.
  • Engage at scale: Nimble allows personalized, structured group emails with tracking abilities, analytics, and reporting.

“Brilliant, Ambitious and Buggy”

This CRM packs a broad range of features. Where Nimble truly excels is in the population of data drawn from social media to enrich contact information. It does this very well. The integration with Gmail is also quite good. Nimble is downright buggy. Sometimes you can''''t log in, sometimes features don''''t work. Things are never down long but they are down often. Also I think some improvements are in order for the email tracker; it would be great if I could look at a dashboard just for this with some of the other information I know they are collecting, like IP address.

“Has Potential but over-promises and under-delivers”

The ability to track open/clicks on transactional emails NOT sent through HTML services. We love ability to quickly add people to Nimble through the browser add-in by highlighting an email address or phone number. There is also the ability to "Nimble" a companies website and scour for information on the WWW which is helpful before making sales calls or to gather additional information on key people. O365 not connecting with Nimble. Since Microsoft''''s recommendation/mandatory security policy changes depending on your relationship with Microsoft we have not been able to integrate emails or calendars.

“A great CRM platform”

It seems to me the best CRM platform since it offers a great variety in its software, such as being able to see those who are connected in their social networks, as well as seeing their interests and being able to establish communication with their clients, it helps a lot in what is the marketing but also allows you to have several active emails, and manage several companies in your organization.

“Not good Mobile support for iOS”

The iOS app is pretty awful, rarely updated, and honestly feels abandoned at this point. The UI and iOS app both feel stale at this point.
