“Provides mobile application”

Pivotal CRM has no android app that causes an issue to business people also it works slowly which may result in the delay of work completion, this system is not easy to navigate the user needs instructions to operate it. Additionally, sometimes the filtration of the lead is not accurate.

Pivotal CRM is a far better CRM software as compared to others as it allows users to apply templates to prospects, such as automatically scheduling calls/emails to buyers or strong prospects at certain points. It also makes it easy with useful reports and data to search for certain prospects.
