Atlas CRM is a cloud-based CRM with enriched Jira and Confluence with customer information. Features:
Customer information: The customer profile gives an overview of the information that the user has about a customer. This information can then be accessed from Jira (and Confluence for cloud users).
Jira issues: Enrich Jira issues with customer information to make life easier when working on customer related issues
Jira Service Desk: Improve customer support with Atlas CRM and Jira Service Desk. Atlas CRM adds customer information to support requests that allow user to focus on helping customers.
JQL integration: The Jira Query Language (JQL) is used throughout Jira in searches and configurations. Users can use Atlas CRM to use customer information in JQL queries.
Manage Sales in Jira and Confluence: Manage the work user is doing to close sales, right inside Jira and Confluence. Track sales in a visual sales funnel, from lead all the way to contract. Sales management is currently only available for Cloud users.
