I am using Oracle Corporations Conversational AI offerings for the past few months and have had a very good experience so far. The product vision of integrating Artificial Intelligence with Natural Language Processing was quite innovative in my opinion. The product features allowed me to customize my conversation as per my requirement. The ease of use was easy and cost of ownership was reasonable compared to what others offer. The companys stability and maturity gave me the assurance of reliability and scalability. The customer service was commendable, and their supporting futuristic use cases always help me whenever new software is released. They also keep updated with the latest technologies, thus making sure its customer always stays ahead of its competitors. The value for the money I spent was good and the overall experience was satisfactory. I give a rating of 4.5/5 stars.
