On surface, the features seem to be exactly what we need, allowing us to quickly and efficiently manage contracts with ease. However, my experience with Gatekeeper has been far from satisfactory. Despite having requested several times, we've yet to get any kind of assistance or help from the customer service team. If this isn't already bad enough, the cost of ownership is a significant burden as well. In the end, I could only rate Gatekeeper at a 2/5. For Customer Success teams, I would advise them to look elsewhere.'

Automated document generation saved us a great deal of time as this used to take multiple days of manual man hours.
