Aricent has partnered with leading enterprise software partners, either at the strategic level or locally with field-teams in various regions. The company is focusing on becoming a strong strategic digital transformation partner for strong and potential partners. For instance, in March 2017, Aricent partnered with IBM to enhance IBM’s cloud product portfolio, to provide enhanced digital experiences and intelligent automation. Aricent works with institutions, such as Microsoft and Oracle, in different regions by coordinating with their sales and solution organizations to work on client opportunities or solutions. In addition, the company has established partnerships with niche and nimble organizations, particularly in the areas of mainframe and healthcare, for domain/technology competencies. For instance, in August 2016, Aricent partnered with FalconSmart to offer FalconBenchmark, which is an advanced solution for multi-carrier performance benchmarking. This solution combines Aricent’s advanced capabilities in telecom consulting and analytics with FalconSmart’s robust offerings.
