'4) The other day, my company invested in Kissflow's BPM suite and the entire experience has been satisfactory. From the onboarding process to the customer service staff, I was broadly impressed with the whole package.
The customer service staff needs a special mention as they're rarely off-base and deserve a 7/10 rating for their work. On the other hand, the cost of ownership is a bit on the higher side compared to other suites but the product vision and product features make this worth it. I rate them 1o/10.
To sum up, Kissflow is a great BPM suite and I give it an overall rating of 9/10. The customer service staff was impressive and the product vision and features more than make up for the higher cost of ownership.'

I compared Kissflow's offering to a few other software suites and found that the cost of ownership was higher in Kissflow's case. However, you get a full-service package that other suites may not include. No doubt I think they could do with a bit of a price reduction but the product vision and product features more than make up for that. Both the vision and product features get a 9/10 from me.
To sum up, Kissflow is a great solution and I give it an overall rating of 8/10. Their customer service staff and product features outweigh the cost of ownership. If you're looking for a BPM suite, Kissflow is the way forward.'

'In terms of value for money, I am a little disappointed in the Kissflow Business Process Management software. The cost of the package was slightly lower than other vendors, which is why we chose it, but the feature set enjoyed is minimal compared to the premium packages available from the competition. We needed the power to handle many different levels of complexity, but all these extras come at a hefty price.
The cost of upgrades was also an issue. With Kissflow, once you are in the process of setting up a new feature, there is no way to get around upgrading to the top tier. There are no middle packages or ala carte options to choose from, making it a costly affair should you fail to forecast for the future.
For these reasons, I rate value for money for Kissflow at 6 out of 10.'

The customer service staff was pleasant and I was up and running the day after I signed up. A few of the processes I automated weren't working as expected and I had to email their support staff multiple times before getting it right. For this reason, I’d rate Kissflow’s customer service staff a 7/10.
The cost of ownership is slightly higher than other solutions out there but you do get a full-service package when you purchase. On top of that, Kissflow has an optimistic product vision that focuses on simplifying BPM tools for end users and the product features are thoughtfully designed. Product features get a strong 8/10 rating from me.
I'm very pleased with Kissflow and my overall rating would be 8/10. Despite the issue with customer service, the cost of ownership is worth it for the service and product features it provides. It's a great purchase and I highly recommend it.'

When I’ve investigated other BPM suites, including open source ones, they all cost more than Kissflow’s offering and many have reports of poor customer service. The product itself is easy to use and the product vision that Kissflow has is optimistic. It’s clear the team is aiming to help make BPM solutions easier for the end user. I recently purchased Kissflow Business Process Management Software for a Client. Although it is a great piece of software, I wasn't entirely satisfied with it. I would like to point out the following areas of improvement that I think could make the software even better:
The interoperability of this software can sometimes be limited due to various third-party tools it integrates with and the need for complex connectors. The lack of flexibility here can be a deterrent for many customers.
I also noticed that while the software can be easily configured and updated, some of the advanced features such as AI and Machine Learning capabilities to analyse data don't always work as expected. This could be a cause for concern for some customers.
The manual processes the software is able to handle can be a bit complicated at times, making it difficult to integrate with existing enterprise systems. The software should provide better documentation in these cases to help customers take advantage of it.

'5) I recently purchased a subscription of Kissflow's BPM suite and haven't looked back since. From the customer service staff who are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful to the product vision and product features, I have been more than impressed with the package.
The customer service staff get an 8/10 rating from me as I did have to email multiple times to get certain processes set up correctly.
The cost of ownership is a bit high compared to other solutions but when taking into account the product vision and features, it's worth it. Both these ratings get a strong 9/10 from me.
To sum up, Kissflow is a great BPM suite and I would recommend anyone to invest in getting it. My overall rating would be a solid 8/10, taking into account the customer service staff, product vision, and product features.'
