Review 1 I recently bought the banking software provided by ZEESta and Im very disappointed. It doesnt offer what they promised the ability to support futuristic use cases. The software has been unable to provide a complete end-to-end banking experience as I was expecting. For example, it lacks a user-friendly interface, particularly for customers who want to use mobile banking. It also lacks features such as automated alerting, which should be standard in such products. Additionally, the cost of ownership is high, and additional services that come with the software are not worth the money. Review 4 - Cost of Ownership I wanted to try out ZEESTAs banking solution but when it came down to cost I simply couldnt justify it. I found the initial cost to be quite expensive and then when I realised that there was cost of monthly maintenance fees on top of this it was very off-putting. In my opinion, the cost of ownership far outweighs the benefits and I have been disappointed when I factored this in. So overall I would need to rate it 1.8/5.

Ive found that I cant quickly and easily move data and information between my other banking software, which is a constant pain point. In addition, the interface seems to lack a certain degree of consistency, making it confusing to use between different platforms. Despite the seemingly decent UI and UX design, the lack of strong interoperability has caused me to decrease my rating to 2.6/5.

ZEESTAs Banking Software Solutions is amazing! I am a relatively older customer, and this product makes it easy for me to make use of banking. The customer service was also excellent, leading me through setting up my account and using the product. One of the best features is being able to receive notifications wherever payment are concerned. This is something I find so helpful, as it allows me to remain in control of my finances. Another great feature is the products vision for the future - they are introducing mobile wallets and have the potential to offer more secure online payments. To conclude, I am incredibly satisfied with this product. The features promised were lacking in the product there was no support for automated alerts and facial recognition, both of which were promised when I chose the product. The software doesnt offer futuristic use cases either; its unable to integrate with other software, which limits the number of available use cases. Whats worse, the cost of ownership was not in line with what was promised. I rate ZEEStas banking software 2/5 stars.
