It was relatively easy to set up and run, and the customer service team was on hand to provide support in the event of any issues. However, there were a few areas where I felt the software could use some improvements. The interface seemed clunky and outdated in some areas, making it difficult to navigate. Additionally, some of the integrations were not as seamless as I would have liked - it required quite a bit of manual input in order to get everything up and running correctly. That being said, I would rate KBS Solutions Banking Software a 7/10. However, more often than not they arent able to effectively answer complex questions and have to refer back to the script. Also, the customer service representatives are only available Monday to Friday, which can be inconvenient if you have any queries outside these hours. Review 2 - Customer Service Unfortunately my experience with KBS Solutions customer service wasnt that great. While the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly, they lacked the technical know-how to help resolve my issues. On more than one occasion they had to resort to reading from a script, which meant it took a lot of time to get any real solution. The other issue was that they werent available on the weekend when I needed help the most. It was also difficult to get in touch with the right person in their customer service team. For the amount of money I have spent on this bank software, their customer service shouldve been a lot better. I would rate KBS Solutions customer service a 2 out of 5.
