Review 5 Overall My overall experience with the Banking Software from Infosys Technologies has been unsatisfactory. The interoperability, integration and cost of ownership are all unacceptable and their maintenance services are also subpar. As such, I cannot recommend this software to others. I rate it as 2/5.

Review 4 - Value for money Given how poor the performance of the software has been, I cant help but feel that Ive paid too much for it. There are other banking software on the market that offer more features at a lower price point. I would give 1/5 stars for value for money.

Review 3 I recently used Infosys Technologies banking software and was pretty impressed by what I found. Their banks are feature-packed with a lot of amazing features such as mobile banking, digital payments, account alerts and much more. I also had no issues with the user interface and Im sure that even a novice user will find it easy to handle. Along with all these features, Infosys Technologies pays close attention to innovation and use of next-gen technology. Their banking software is powered by facial recognition authentication, two-factor authentication and other advanced security measures. Also, their customer service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and friendly representatives who are always willing to help in understanding the various features and resolving any issues. I rate Infosys Technologies a 8 out of 10 for their innovation and use of next-gen technology.

Ive been using Infosys Technologies banking software for the past four months and ive been very impressed. The user interface is user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to find what Im looking for. The customer service team are also extremely helpful - always willing to answer any questions I have. The features included in the software are also of a high quality. The budget creator and investment tracking tools are particularly useful, allowing me to track my investments at all times. However, I have experienced some issues with the system crashing occasionally. Nevertheless, this is a minor issue and Im still very happy with the product as a whole. I can confidently recommend Infosys Technologies banking software - excellent features, user friendly interface, and great customer service. Rating: 8/10

The user interface was confusing and cluttered, making it difficult to work with. With multiple features, it also became laborious to use. Despite this, the product vision was impressive. The features were very innovative, allowing you to manage many different elements of your banking within the same system. Unfortunately, this provided more of an overload than an advantage. I cant say that I fully understand the purpose of the product, which is a true testament to the convoluted layout of the product.
