I had the pleasure of trying out GoldWave's audio editing software recently and I should say, it was a nice experience overall. The user interface was pretty streamlined and intuitive and the features they offer are rather comprehensive. However, I did have issues with compatibility between certain audio formats which the software couldn't open easily. Once I got these files in, the software was able to do some pretty impressive editing.
The customer service was great as well, response time was pretty good and the customer agents were also friendly and knowledgeable. Nevertheless, I felt like the integration and interoperability capabilities offered by the software could be improved. For example, if you use the software to edit a certain file then save it, GoldWave's audio editing software can't open the file again unless you export it as a certain file type. This was kind of inconvenient in some cases.
Overall, I'd rate GoldWave's audio editing software 8/10. Great interface but interoperability could be improved.'

I recently had the chance to try out GoldWave's audio editing software and I must say, I was quite impressed with how easy it was to use. I was able to do some high-quality audio editing with quite a lot of features at my fingertips. The customer service was also quite good and response times were good.
However, I found GoldWave's integration and interoperability capabilities to be lacking. For instance, if I wanted to export my edited audio as a different file type, the software could only do it in certain formats which limited the end product. Furthermore, the software also takes a few minutes to open large audio-files which I found a bit annoying.
Overall, I'd say GoldWave's audio editing software offering is great but the integration and interoperability abilities should be improved. I'd rate it 7/10.'

I got to check out GoldWave's audio editing software recently and I must say, it was a great experience. The user interface was quite intuitive and the features it offered were really impressive. However, I had some trouble with certain audio formats not being able to be opened and I also had issues with the interoperability and integration capabilities.
The customer service was good too and the response times were pretty good. But the software lacked in some integration and interoperability, for example, if I save it in a certain format, the software won't open it again if I don't export it out in a certain type.
All in all, I deem GoldWave's audio editing software as 7/10. Great features but integration could be better.'

Top that off with individual hotkeys, multiple layers and different effects that you can layer with in order to achieve whatever sound you’re aiming for. For the price, it is a great value.
