The technical features of this software are highly advanced and it is able to both categorise and analyse data with great precision. It has dramatically increased our production capacity and reduced our turnaround time.
Additionally, the cost and return on investment of the AI have been great. We had a great deal of research and development costs that we were able to recoup with this software and our ROI within the first three months was more than double what we had anticipated. The financial stability and maturity of SAP SE also gives us great security that our investment wont be wasted. The continued support and technical backup also adds to ease of using this AI.
However, one downside is the limited customisation that is available for the AI. We do not have the capability to tailor the AI according to our specific needs, which restricts the functionality of this software to some extent.

It has an impressive product vision and the product features have enabled us to identify potential defects and automate machine learning tasks to improve production. Furthermore, the product helps to optimize warehouse operations and process workflows. The platform has enabled us to make use of advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence to drive our production forward. The platform is well-developed and I have certainly seen tremendous improvement in our production process as a result of using the product. The only area of improvement is the data processing process, which could be improved to be faster.
