Review 3 (Customer service) Its safe to say that customer service has been the biggest issue I have with KRTKL INC. During my multiple experiences with them, they never quite made me feel important or valued as a customer. Most of the issues I had were brushed off with vague answers, leaving me to figure it out myself. And when I did reach out for assistance, I was sent through multiple hoops before I was able to get the issue resolved. It makes me question how willing they are to address customer issues. The softwares integration capabilities and ease of use leave a lot to be desired. We had to manually configure each system, as well as troubleshoot potential compatibility issues. We also found that the software was not as responsive and reliable as expected. I recently had the opportunity to try out KRTKL INCs Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing solutions and I must say, I was quite impressed. The product vision and customer feedback policy was excellent, and I could really see the commitment to providing the best AI solutions and products. The features were also top-notch and gave us real-time insights into potential issues and offered suggestions for improving our processes. The futuristic use cases, however, were a bit underdeveloped. While KRTKL INC provided some information on use cases, they could have gone into more detail to show how their AI solutions could be utilized to their fullest potential. This was a bit disappointing, but not enough to put me off the product. Overall, I think KRTKL INCs Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing solutions are worth the price. The features are excellent and the customer feedback process was reassuring. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10.

I recently purchased KRTKL INCs offerings for Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing. Overall, I was happy with their packages and their support system, especially for their detailed documentation for the packages. Their offerings had the potential to be a great cost-cutter for my business, however I had serious problems with their interoperability and integration capabilities. Their product had plenty of glitches, which at times made it difficult to install or integrate into other systems. Furthermore, the AI-driven features that they boasted of seemed simply to be copy-pasted from existing systems. As a result, I would rate then only a 3/5 for interoperability and integration. Despite that, I have to give them credit for their detailed documentation, which helped a lot in setting up their products. They also have features that allow remote access, making it a great time saver. Thus, I would rate their overall innovation and use of next generation technology a 4/5.

It took a long time for our staff to understand how to use the system and not all of them were able to gain full proficiency in its use.
