Review 4 - Cost of Ownership I recently decided to use IBMs Application Testing Services and have been both impressed and a little disappointed at the same time. The level of service they offer is simply fantastic, but the cost of ownership is a bit of a sticking point. I purchased the Standard plan, which included all the elements I was looking for, but I found the cost to be a bit high especially in comparison to similar services I had used before. Given the quality of service, I understand why the prices are so high, but it still limits accessibility for some. I think IBM should consider offering discounted plans for smaller and mid-sized firms, or providing more economical ways to access their services, as I think this would make them much more accessible. 7/10

Before deciding on IBM I had researched several other providers, and IBM stood out due to the robust service offerings. I found the value for money to be quite good. The end result was a great product and I felt that the cost was worth the output. Despite the cost being a bit higher than with some of the other similar services, the robustness of their offerings made it worthwhile. The customer service was definitely one of the highpoints for this purchase. The team at IBM was always available and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had. They followed up diligently and gave me a level of personalized assistance that I dont generally find with larger companies. Overall, I have been quite pleased with IBMs Application Testing Services.
