Deloittes Application Testing Services has exceeded my expectations in terms of providing quality services. The product vision lacked clarity, and the overall strategy was convoluted and confusing. Deloitte Application Testing Services Review #1 Product Vision and Features - 3/5 I have had the opportunity to work with the Deloitte Application Testing Services team and there are some things that I have to say are great, and some areas they could necessarily improve. The product vision and features they offer are great. They provide comprehensive solutions that allow you to test applications in an efficient manner. Unfortunately, what I dont like is that their tool lacks in certain areas. For example, an issue was encountered when our team attempted to run API tests with the tool. As a result, we were unable to properly test our API, which was a significant problem for us. Ease of Use - 4/5 One of the great things about Deloitte Application Testing Services is its ease of use. Its quickly and easy to set up, and allows for seamless testing. Additionally, their documentation is very thorough and easy to understand. The best part is that it also provides helpful visual aids to explain the different functions. However, one of the negative things is that their UI can be a bit clunky, and in some cases can be overly complicated.

I had difficulty getting responses to my queries and the account manager assigned to me lacked in depth-knowledge. I found it challenging to explain my particular requirements, as the account manager was unable to provide sufficient feedback and proper guidance. Furthermore, I had requested a number of additional services, some of which were never fulfilled. Considering all this, I cannot rate the customer service I received from Deloitte higher than 5/10.
