WIPRO in Application Modernization Services

Rating : 3.5/5 Recently, I was looking for a reputed software services provider to help us out with application modernization and ended up opting for WIPRO LIMITEDs Application Modernization Services. The product vision was pretty straightforward and focused on helping us build a cost-effective IT modernization strategy. It promised us clear paths of assistance in modernizing existing applications to better leverage cloud services. In terms of product features, WIPRO offered some advanced features such as re-hosting, DevOps and agile development practices, integration of applications with cloud services and automated workflow solutions. The dashboard was user-friendly and I could access the features pretty quickly. As far as the cost of ownership goes, its cost was quite reasonable and was comparable to other players in the market. The chosen flexibility options delivered the desired value for money. The interoperability and integration of the applications with the cloud services were efficient and the team at WIPRO seemed quite mature and stable. Furthermore, it also supported futuristic use cases as well as the use of next-generation technology. The customer service was not bad either. During the period of deployment, they provided us with timely and helpful support. Overall, WIPRO provided us with a satisfactory experience in application modernization. The major drawback was that some of the features seemed a bit slow to load. But this can be overlooked considering the other advantages that WIPRO provided us.

The product vision was clear - providing cost-effective solutions to migrate and re-host legacy applications on modern cloud architectures while preserving the legacy applications functionality and fully leveraging cloud services. The product features are quite rich and include re-hosting legacy applications on modern architectures, utilization of DevOps and agile development practices, integration of existing applications with new cloud services, and providing workflow automation solutions. It was easy to use most of the features and navigate through the dashboard. I appreciated how the cost of ownership was being reduced as the application migration was being done in a phased manner. The interoperability and integration of the existing applications with the new cloud services were smooth and the companys stability and maturity in the markets were clearly visible. Its support for futuristic use cases really impressed me and I was particularly impressed by its use of next-generation technology. One of the more impressive services from WIPRO is its value for money in Application Modernization. We got much more than what we paid for, in terms of cost savings, agility, scalability and cost-effectiveness. Overall, the experience with WIPRO and its Application Modernization Services was quite satisfying and I am eager to see what other innovative solutions it brings in the near future.
