Tech Mahindra leverages its 20 years industry experience while implementing various growth strategies and understanding the need for continuous changes according to its customers’ needs. It has converged from being the provider of IT to digital transformation over the last decade. Tech Mahindra generates more than 20% of the application modernization services revenue from Bespoke Application and SOA-based application services; more than 10% of the application modernization services revenue from cloud-based applications, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) application upgrades, and infrastructure migration services; and more than 5% revenue from other services. Some of the strategies adopted by Tech Mahindra in the application modernization services market are the Mature DAVID strategy (an approach to the needs of the new economy), strongly focusing on digital service offering for transformation and modernisation, propagating Next-Generation ADMS as a part of the legacy modernization and transformation, and developing strong consultancy arms to drive legacy modernization initiatives through application portfolio analysis.
